There are so many amazing K-dramas out there. I bet every reader has that one show that we can never forget. The emotions we felt while watching that particular show were simply something else. Do you also have such a drama that you wish you could completely forget, erase from your memory, only to be able to watch it for the first time again?

Imagine being able to feel those emotions, feel the rush and the happiness all over again. While it must be a different show for all of us, here are some of the K-dramas that many fans wish they could watch for the first time again.

It's Okay to Not Be Okay

I would describe this drama as painful but beautiful. The emotions that it managed to evoke in the viewers were something else. The way fairytale was incorporated into the story to show the characters better and in a unique way was an amazing idea. The drama dealt with some heavy topics such as mental health, love and healing.

Kim Soohyun was spotted filming for Queen of Tears at Yeouido Park

@Magician  thanks for sharing this. tvN stated that the scheduling of “Queen of Tears” is currently undetermined. I hope it might be scheduled for early 2024. I hope “Queen of Tears” will follow “Sejak, The Enchanted” as its successor and if it will be scheduled for the first half of 2024. I highly anticipate this drama of Kim Soo Hyun.  :heart3:

5 Must-Watch Historical Korean Dramas Beyond 'My Dearest'

1698953749-historic-dramas.jpg

On a personal level, Historical dramas hold a distinguished and cherished place for me, standing out as a particularly favored genre. These dramas captivate with their intricate narratives and memorable characters, all while providing an invaluable glimpse into Korea's rich historical tapestry. This is true even when these narratives choose to weave in supernatural elements. The recent and overwhelming success of the Korean historical drama "My Dearest" is another example of the enduring appeal of period dramas. While "My Dearest" undeniably warrants its widespread acclaim, it is imperative also to acknowledge and appreciate other historical Korean dramas that have made significant impacts on the K-drama landscape. In this context, here's a list of five exceptional historical Korean dramas, each distinguished not only by their compelling storytelling but also by their stellar ensemble casts. These selections, in my opinion, represent quintessential viewings that should not be overlooked by fans of the genre.

"Moon Embracing the Sun," starring Han Ga In as Yeon-woo and Kim Soo Hyun as the Crown Prince, is a captivating Joseon-era drama. It skillfully weaves a tale of political intrigue and forbidden love in ancient Korea. The story begins with a plot to assassinate a prince, leading to a shaman's selfless sacrifice to protect an unborn child. Years later, Yeon-woo and the Crown Prince find themselves entangled in forbidden love. Tragedy strikes as Yeon-woo is wrongly declared dead, loses her memory, and assumes the identity of the enigmatic shaman Wol. Their journey to rediscover her true identity and overcome formidable political challenges forms the heart of this classic series. This narrative is emotionally engaging and visually stunning, creating a compelling historical drama.
