It has been reported that singer-actor Kim Hyun Joong will no longer be standing back in his ongoing legal battle against his ex-girlfriend, Ms. Choi, and is preparing to take action.

According to various reports, Kim Hyun Joong is currently planning to file a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, Ms. Choi, for 1.2 billion KRW (approx. $1,070,000 USD).

The singer-actor’s legal representatives recently revealed to OSEN, “Around next week, we will be filing a petition against Ms. Choi. She received a settlement of 600 million KRW (approx. $535,000 USD) with the promise of not disclosing information to outside sources. However, she violated that condition, so we are suing for breach of contract for the same amount. Also, another 600 million KRW for defamation after claiming that Kim Hyun Joong assaulted her, for a total of 1.2 billion KRW.”

On July 4, Kim Hyun Joong’s side further shared, “There is no proof that Ms. Choi was pregnant at the time that she claims Kim Hyun Joong assaulted her. According to the statement submitted to the court by the ob-gyn where Ms. Choi claimed in her petition that she received her pregnancy confirmation and treatment for miscarriage, the hospital only issued her a diagnosis of amenorrhea for four weeks. They revealed that they did not give a definite diagnosis of anything related to pregnancy or miscarriage. As Ms. Choi’s claims of miscarriage due to assault appears to be a lie, we will be counter-suing.”

Meanwhile, the two sides are currently in a legal battle after Ms. Choi filed a lawsuit against Kim Hyun Joong for 1.6 billion KRW (approx. $1,426,000 USD) in compensation for damages.

I just hope the fans that are upset with KE does not boycott KHJ's latest album.

I pray that those who are upset at KE realize that if we do not support KHJ's latest album, and the sales  show a slump, we may not see KHJ on stage again.

Right now on Amazon JP - KHJ CD + dvd is number 9 in the Asian Pop category, and the Blu Ray is #14.   I am not sure how that stands because right now, I don't really care about the actual standing - what I care about is if it ultimately shows that he can still sell albums.

Please  - I don't care what you feel about KE, but buy the album if you still are undecided - we fans can make a big difference! The album has nothing to do with KE, but ALL to do with Kim Hyun Joong.

I was just reading this over and over again and I might be overthinking but do you guys think choi threatened him also  not to ? whether if the (nonexistent) baby was his  and not to get a lawyer either or she will make things worse for him even tho they had an agreement not to talk about it and that's why he did what she wanted and kept quiet and  now with this pregnancy she did the same thing by threatening him again and he got depressed and she kept on threatening him so he told his parents everything and they got a lawyer and his strength back and he prepared himself to go to the army  im thinking she had just the same plan thinking HJ would fall for it again and get easy money. and also does anyone know how long HJ has to be in the army b4 he gets to request leave.  and o yeah another ?. do you guys think that deep dwn HJ really might not think hes possibly the father of this baby  bcuz  hes on the frontline which is serious and things could pop off any minute (God forbid) would that be somewhere you want to be knowing you might have a kid coming soon OMG im going crazy with all this ..Please don't mind my overthinking I just want this to be over so HJ can serve in peace #justice4KHJ #pray4KHJ

This statement came from the medias report which stated that a friend of choi told them. HJ said in last August they had considered as BF/GF just a few months before choi's scandal.

Hi, it is indeed! But, like what you said, I hope he's stronger now. Ahhh........this K-drama goes on forever. But, of all the dramas I have watched this is by far the only drama that I would like to end as soon as possible. I just want this to be over because this is getting out of hand. I can't seem to keep up with this. I don't care about her. I only care about KHJ.

Has anyone ever tasted KOREAN sandwiches like the one shown above? They are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The mayo used a re flavored and I have no idea what makes them so delicious but they are very well made and to die for!!!

I think some of them are toasted on the INSIDE with butter - I think I had better go to the bakery to resample the ware and figure out why they taste so darn good!

Thank you - New York City Girl - the fact that the powerful KHJ club sent these lunches - that is so gracious of the fanclub to do such a thing!! It shows one of the ways that they are loving and supporting KHJ!

This fan club also presented lunches and gifts tot he staff of Playful Kiss also...and many more I am sure...but these are the ones that I know of...oh also the lunches at the Inspiring generation filming site also!!!!

What a great fan club!! Lets all continue our support of KHJ and the fanclub!
