Haha I use both, but I have middle finger of left hand on top, middle finger of right on bottom, index finger of right puts it in.

same only switched hands because I'm left handed haha

I never thought about how other people put their contacts in. I thought they just did it the same way I did haha

I usually balance the contact lens on the index finger of my right hand, and then I pull both my eyelids with my index finger and thumb on my left hand. For both my eyes. I'm not really good at explaining though... haha xD

I usually pull my top lid and look the other way and plop the contact in. I do the same thing when I take them out too. Oh, and don't forget to wash your hands!

I use my left hand and lift my eyelid by the eyelashes,

then use the right hand middle finger and pull the bottom eye part down,

after that use the right hand index finger puts the contact in : )

lol, it doesn't go in if I don't do it like that lol I envy those who can just slip it in willy nilly haha

I pull both my upper and lower eyelid to insert my contacts.

I use my left hand index finger to the top lid up.

Then use the other hand's middle finger to pull down the lower lid and use index finger to place the contact in.

Same for both eyes.

Hm... I pull both the top and the bottom. For example, for my left eye, I pull it up with my left hand and pull it down with the middle finger of my right hand as I stick the contact in with the index finger of my right hand... does that make sense? Haha~

I've been wearing contacts for about 8 years.

I simply hold my eye lid open from both the top and bottom, look down, and with my other hand, slip the lens on my eye with my finger.

Easy as pie.

sometimes i just do the bottom lids

its easier to refrain from blinking this way.

When I first started, I pulled the bottom and the upper eyelid. Now I just pull the bottom one down.

I use my middle finger to pull the bottom eyelid down and then put the contact in with my index finger too!

Ahh.. I need to buy a new set

of contacts, lol. Anyway, I use

my right middle finger to pull

down my eyelid and then use

my left index to insert the lens.

Idk why though.. I'm not left-

handed at all, lol. I always aim

for the pupil of my eye too. If I

don't, it freaks me out that my

contact is on the whites of my

eyes. D:

I pull both, just very slightly, and slide in the contact from the bottom up.

I have to do this because my eyes are too chinky !! XD
