ok, after reading thru the thread and doing some image researching on google, i don't think he had surgery...IMO!!!

his jaw line is like the same, don't you think? there's a pic of him smiling and his chin doesn't even look as long as the one in the photo provided in the first post.

i think he just GREW/matured up, used some good ol' papaya soap (LOL), worked out like no other, and lost baby fat in the face. his nose wasn't even flat to begin with...i mean, losing some baby fat can make the nose even more distinct? i think his major change was the skin tone.
