I was wondering where he went since I didn't see him mentioned as much as the other members... never thought he'd be leaving the group. ... I feel bad for the band.. it's always hard having to replace a member.

OMG!!! really?? so it's really confirmed...i'm totally heart-broken...when they first came out he was my favorite...T-T...but i wish him the best and i'm just glad that he's happy...i really loved ft island now it'll just be kind of weird with someone different...but hwaiting to him and to ft island...wonder what he'll do now...

Honestly, I'm not surprised and I don't even know this band very well. However, whenever I catch their performances on TV, ONLY the lead singer gets close ups. My foreigner friends had no idea that it was even a band--they thought the other guys were just backing up the solo singer. I'm sure it's gotten stressful...
