I just wish that this will give her more credits than the SWDBS. A drama that will showcase her acting prowess again which has  good takes of the scenes to her. Thus, hoping for a very good material that is favorable on her part. I would like to her to be pair with PHS again but if Agencies won't permit then Hyun Bin or Jo In Sung or Choi Siwon or Park Bo Gum or Song Joong Ki can pair with her. Good luck to you PBY and we all hope for the best for you.

I would be thrilled to see Park Bo-young (Strong Woman Do Bong-soon) back in dramaland right away. It’s a very real possibility, as she’s considering an offer to headline a drama adaptation of the webtoon Will You Have Dinner With Me, a romance story about two people who bond over food. The webtoon by Park Shi-in ran from 2013 to 2014, and was in development for a drama adaptation back in 2015, with Shin Mina attached as a potential leading lady. That version fell through, but maybe this time they’ll make it happen.

The webtoon is about a young woman going through a rough breakup with a longtime boyfriend she’s still in love with, and a young man who’s a serial dater and kind of tired of relationships. The both like to eat out but dislike having to go to nice restaurants alone, and they happen to meet while waiting to be seated at a restaurant, each of them alone. The hostess mistakes them for a couple and offers them a couples special, which prompts them to sit together. That’s how they strike up an unusual friendship where they get together just to eat out, and over multiple dinners, they open up to each other about their relationship troubles and grow closer.

The webtoon features food porn in every episode, so that’ll likely be a huge feature of the drama as well. The basic premise has a lot in common with the first season of Let’s Eat, which also had a heroine who hated eating alone but loved food so much that she endured the company of her annoying next-door neighbors just to eat out. The drama adaptation of Will You Have Dinner With Me plans to add more dimension to the characters’ work lives as well, to tell a realistic story about characters in their twenties and thirties who struggle with employment, dating, and marriage.

 

Park Bo-young has been offered the leading role, a character described as uncalculating who always gives her best, but always comes up shortchanged. All she dreams of is becoming a full-time salaried employee someday. The character sounds pretty standard on paper, but Park Bo-young makes any character lovable and uniquely her own, so I’m sure she’d turn her into an adorable peanut with the appetite of King Kong if she signs on. Basically if you get Park Bo-young, I’m there.

The drama doesn’t have a director yet, but writing is Lee Yoon-jong, one of the writers of underdog success story Ad Genius Lee Tae-baek, and writer Park Jae-bum of Chief Kim, Blood, Good Doctor is attached as the creator. The broadcaster and air date have yet to be determined.

I would really love to see her in a Drama real soon but of course, I hope she recovers first from her injuries before she goes for another drama. Hoping for a real good project for her.

That's the reason why her character in drama/film always get attention and interest by netizen..

@icemaiden21 I agree with you. I am hoping she recovered from her injuries-this is her last statement during SG meet and in my opinion she will  recover first and have another drama/film. I believe her male co-star is the one who has another line-up project soonest as what he says in their final words in SG meet with the emcees.Thus probably she is still busy studying the scripts and assessing if its a good and beneficial project for her. Its stated that is one of the offers and there are some to consider and @Auharu25 you are right she has a phenomenal talent in acting which makes me addicted each time and makes my head and heart spin 360 degrees transcends me to her world  as if you are watching the scene live and that's only with PBY. I really hope for the best for her.

Good Morning , Happy Tuesday. I am finding it hard to move on. Have tried watching some other dramas but I don't get the feel and excitement this lovely PBY has shared with us tthru SWDBS.. I am actually hoping she will consider new drama offer soon  She can draw so much in us of her in any drama she is cast in. Do you miss her as much as I do?? I need to see her soon.... new dramas, reality shows, interviews or overseas fan meet...please...do bring her out more in public . She has really many supporters globally. She can be the next great actress in Korea if given more chance to promote her. ..A humble beautiful angel Her smiles... her laughters ..it's contagious..

I agree! I am not as invested watching other dramas since and if i do, i am distracted coz i wonder what if so and so were in these roles...common question I've seen uttered here and other forums... "how to move on?"

WAiting for more of BY. I know how well she chooses her projects, so am looking forward to whatever she decides to do next!

Good morning , happy mid week. Please help.. I'm still waiting and waiting for her updates of any new projects soon  Very much as I wanted her to rest and be fully well enough for new projects, but I'm already feeling the need to see her again on screen soon.
