I just watched the first episode after reading this thread. I've seen movies with more than your normal amount of sex in them (not! porn) but I thought most a lot of the sex scenes have no point in them.

Well, we are talking about Vampires here. Vampires represent the human labido, so EVERY sex scene makes sense. But sex scenes only tend to bother those who aren't comfortable watching it on TV. Unfortunately for those people, it interferes with their liking of the show, which shouldn't be the case considering the fact that there are so much pros to this series.

I feel so bad for complaining about this but Tara and Sam need to stop!!!! I love Tara and Sam's starting to get on my nerves but I hate their hooking up. I wish they would just play up Tara's crush on Jason.

So I read the books and I know about Renee but I'm loving the Cajun accent. I'm gonna miss the funeral home guy's assistant too. He was kinda cute. Lafayette's such a schmoozer.

Quick questions: Is Jason's new girlfriend in the books? 'Cuz I don't remember her. Does anyone else notice Sookie wears white a lot?

No, I'm not complaining about the vampires having sex - I'm complaining about Jason having sex. Too much sex. And this is the first episode when he's not even on V yet. When he's on V, though, it's just so stupid it's hilarious (besides, after that episode with his um, pripism?, I just feel sorry for him - and Ryan Kwanten's being hot sort of helps too). Anyway they've toned it down so far. That girl Maudette was so weird.

He barely mention him in the first few episodes and you see him twice before this week's episode, so you may have missed someone say his name or maybe just him entirely. He is the vampire in the throne in Fangtasia.

i felt so bad for the vampire tho, that they stole. hes such a loser, but i felt so bad for him . and i think jason did too!! which shows us that he still has a chance... but not right now LOL

i watched like 2 episodes of heroes and got shocked by the dead bodies in the trunk in episode 1? so i stopped watching it..haha

So the actors who play Eric and Pam are totally growing on me. I thought Pam was a little too "old" looking at first but then I remembered she's supposed to look like a soccer mom, which she does. Eric and Pam are my favorite personalities in the books so I have really high hopes for the actors playing them. I think Eric's voice is hot!!!

Does anyone else think Jason Stackhouse is stealing the show? I know he's a manwhore and all but I think he's shown more sides to him than any other characters on the show. I extremely enjoyed his one on one with the vampire until he yelled at the vamp but then he redeemed himself when he brought some blood back.

The promo says there's only 3 more episodes left?!
