SYNOPSIS

Today is Morae 모래 (Shin Min Ah) and Sangin’s 상인 (Kim Tae Woo) one year wedding anniversary. After a busy morning to prepare for the celebration, Morae goes to an art gallery to find a gift for Sangin. At the gallery, she meets a complete stranger and the two unexpectedly have sex.

Morae returns home with anxious feeling and guilt about the accident. She cannot help herself and she confesses to Sangin about what happened. That night, a visitor arrives to their house. It is Durae 두레 (Ju Ji Hun), who came from Paris to help Sangin with his new business. To Morae’s surprise, he is the man from the gallery. He lives with them in their house and a risky love triangle begins.

Kitchen the film is different from Banana Yoshimoto's novel.

Synopsis :

Today is Morae and Sangin’s one year wedding anniversary.

After a busy morning to prepare for the celebration, Morae goes to an art gallery to find a

gift for Sangin. At the gallery, she meets a complete stranger and the two unexpectedly

have sex.

After 2 years, Ju Ji Hun and Shin Minah who acted in the TV drama, Mawang, will be coming back together on the silverscreen.

JJH and SMA has already confirmed their participation in the movie, "Kitchen".

"Kitchen" originate from the Japanese novel by Yoshimoto. This movie is about the life of a man and a woman (with their families) who find solace in the kitchen. The story is full of emotional twist.

In 2007, JJH and SMA collaborated in the KBS2TV's Mawang, both of them are anticipating the roles in this movie. The original "Kitchen" already has a lot of fans, as such, there are full of anticipation for this movie.

Later in summer (dreamer's note, not sure if Summer is accurate), JJH's movie, Antique, will be screened. SMA's "My Mighty Princess" will also be screened on the 26th. Her "Gogo70" is also expected to be screen in autumn this year.

Their confirm participation in "Kitchen" makes these 2 actors seem very active.

I think its so cool LOL.. They look good together.

And another Cooking (Assuming) Movie. Like Gourmet :D

I was hoping for a reunion since Mawang days.

I get that Mikage Sakurai will most likely be played by SMA.

But what is JJH role in here? and KTW? :unsure:

hello there, heard kim tae woo will play the role of mikage's husband. ( though in the book mikage doesn't have one. )

the film version will slightly differ from the novel. :)

Wow! I did wish SMA and JJH would work together again (with the tragic ending of Mawang) but I didn't really expect it'd come true!

This is definitely something to watch out for...and the shooting is soon...:D Fighting!!

This is SMA's 4th movie in a row...^^
