I don't know, you can't really tell if she's drunk or not. In any case, I really hope she doesn't get into a scandal or anything anytime soon. My sister loves her. -_-

im not a huge tween miley cyrus fan at all.

but to be honest, she doesnt even look drunk in the photos. just looks like they turned out to be bad photos.

if you were to give me those photos wihout the explanation of drunk, i wouldnt even know it.

90% of me says that the paparazzi and the media just want juicy photos of her.

like shes what..... 15? and she has like adults or bodyguards or w/e escorting her.

why would the bodyguard or guardian or whoever let them walk into a club underage and get drunk?

but okay so let's say my guess is wrong (which most of you are probably wanting to tell me)..... then okay, she got drunk. realistically, like half my school drinks (although i'm not included in this, and i'm not saying its not wrong... it's just reality).

and another reality is... like 90% of the time, paparazzi pictures and celebrity rumors are fake and totally made up.

remember when there was a rumor going around that ciara (the singer) is a man, and she said so herself on oprah? it was huge (although i dunno if you ehard it)....

ROFL that is the most ridiculous thing. im a huge oprah fan, and she wasnt even on oprah.

oh and about the dress..

okay seriously guys, it's not like she's the only 15 year old wearing short skirts. hell, 8 year olds wear skimpier stuff than her.

she obviously went to a party or a special event or something, and it's at night, and wanted to dress pretty.

in no way would i wear the stuff.... lol but again, in high school...... a lot of girls wear clothes lke that.

15 isnt THAT young. i mean, it's the time when most girls want to feel old and grown up.

and if you say 15 is so young, it's probably also the time when criticism for her every move can also hurt her the most.

celebrities arent the most glam people on earth.... but the media turn celebrities into trash. thats how they make money, believe it or not.

honestly.. whats more interesting to the public than 15 year old role-model getting drunk and becoming the next alcoholic-rehabiltated-underage-desperate-teenager??

these pictures could have been taken in the course of ten seconds. it doesnt tell us what she did the whole night.

LOL omg this is funny. i just took so much time explaining my thoughts that i sound like some die-hard miley fan.

oh geeze, i must be bored out of my mind..... bahhaha

meh w/e. it's just my opinion

so just leave her alone (even though she kinda has it coming... shes a celebrity.... lol)

uhm there's is a lot of underage drinking, regardless.

and especially for teenage stars, most of them drink and go clubbing too. but who cares, most of you find that disgusting probably right?
