Oh Miley Miley...well, you can't actually tell that she is tipsy. She just looks like she tripped over something.

Umm...apparently she was at a Grammy Party. And really, based on these pictures you can't even tell if she was drunk or not. Does she look completely out of it? No.

For all we know, she could just be hyper and happened to trip on the curb.

I don't like her very much and I wouldn't be surprised if she happens to become LiLo #2, but I'm not judging until I'm sure.

i am the same age as her and i don't even drink. i really don't like her.

little kids look up to her. what kind of role model is she showing little kids.
