Haha...omg. I reallly enjoyed Death Note. It was most definetly a thriller and it kept me on the edge of my seats. It was my first "psychological" anime, which was a good intro-y anime into that genre. Since after that, I watched Higurashi (omg.....omgomgomggggg I really recommend it.). o.o

I love Death Note so much. I sort of hate anime in general now, but I still love Death Note as much as I ever did... =D

I did not read the manga completely, I skipped a few volumes (IDK why I did...)

Was the sequence with L giving Light a foot massage in the manga? I watched it in the anime and was like 0___0 Whoaaa.

The author is a genius .... the live-action was perfect and Matsuken gave us the best L ever XD

I loved that the films weren't exactly like the manga ^^

for those who have seen the movie and read the books, is there more things that happen in the book/manga?

im considering buying the books but not so sure since I've seen the movie and if its exactly the same, then I wouldn't really bother.
