  1. I found this picture on tieba.baidu.com and it's cut from the fight between CY and CEJ we can see in the previews but after seeing it so close and after watching the first four episodes countless times over again I must praise the costume designer who made the costumes for CY  =D>. It fits his character perfectly - modest, strict, practical yet stylish :x . Long, simple clothes in dark colours underlining his lean muscled figure and tormented soul  =P~ (just the sleeves of this one are masterpiece, and the waistband highlights his broad shoulders even more)

  2. @S_sun: I agree with you. It's true that Faith has some flaws but what drama doesn't and I don't even think that the flaws are that crucial. True, the editing could have been better but it can still improve, and the CG's might not be up to the Hollywood standard but are not that bad either to make such a huge fuss about them, actually, you could discuss these CG's flaws in almost every series internationally, just look at Once Upon a Time and you will realize that CG's in Faith are far superior to this critically acclaimed high budget US series.

I suspect this critique is mainly bashing from the hardcore LMH fans who are dissatisfied they didn't get more of him on screen and something that journalists love to write about because let's face it, these minor "flaws" are irrelevant to the actual ratings, just look at MTETS which must have been the most flawed k-drama ever but still posted ratings near the 50%, so you could even say that the more flaws the higher ratings ;;) . Apart from some minor flaws, Faith is still a high quality drama with an engaging story, great acting, gorgeous music and , even though not with the cameras we would like to, still well filmed.

One actor doesn't make a whole drama no matter how great his acting is (even though with LMH in BOF it's difficult to argue but still) because in that case that's no longer a drama but a fanservice so I would advise those fans who want something that is more centered on their beloved stars to visit their fanmeetings  ;;)

  3. So for those who are still interested in finding out what is the song playing in this amazing MV:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFFX8sluEWU&feature=share&list=PL34750A1AF3609B41

It's called "Sangsa" by Morae and it's a part of Gumiho - Tale of the Fox Child OST :)

  4. @sunshine4ever: I'm certain he is 100% Korean and he is the same age as Lee Min Ho, I know he has this baby face but still :-O . He is quite famous for the OCN's series God's Quiz. I think that the difference you can hear is to do with the pitch of his voice which is noticeably higher than those of the rest of the male cast. I don't know if you have noticed but during the scene where the warrior is conveying the message from the king in episode 3 while riding alongside the carriage he is trying to imitate that :D

  5. @Miky88: :D Considering from the way he handled himself in the traffic that would be certainly a funnny thing to see. By the way, am I the only one that is disappointed they didn't show how did he managed to cross the road again, with ES slumped across his shoulder ;;) . But it would be kind of hard for him to live in the 21th century Seoul peacefully since he's probably considered as a criminal responsible for a terrorist attack, I seriously hope he doesn't have a doppelganger round around today's Seoul or he would have had some serious trouble ;;)

@farstrep: I understand you, it was a logical assumption from you, I had this notion too after watching the long trailer for the first time. But as we can see from the teaser you posted, the scene with her was originally intended for the 2010 drama and as you have stated yourself she was meant to be a person form the Goryeo period. But I wouldn't still rule off the possibility for her to gain some powers even though it looks improbable since all the people that possess them had gone through a arduous training to obtain them :-B

  6. @farstrep: In 2010, the cast and crew filmed on Jeju for barely a week and this short footage made it to the internet, it was mainly meant for the TV executives (to the viewers to a certain extent, too) so that they could have, based on this sneek peak, decided whether or not to put it on their broadcast schedule and OK the production of the actual drama.

Musings of what could have been are pointless since the drama didn't even filmed the first episode and could have, instead of being a hit, turned into one of the biggest flops in k-drama history (we don't know if these state of the art visiual effects would have made it into the actual drama). Basically, the drama's never even existed.

@getoba: You must realize that Legend had 4 times higher budget than Faith and frankly after the first couple of episodes there was not such a large number of visual effects incorporated. I understand your disappointment with the cameras the director chose to use, even I would prefer something a little different, but that's simple the way the things turned out. I value your opinion, your detailed breakdown of the different cameras used in the various dramas left me speechless, so please don't take this personally, however, I don't think it's necessary to post on this thread every week nearly the same post about how the cameras in Faith suck.

  7. @farstrep, @theseasasleep, @Miky88: It looks promising indeed but let's face it, the whole one-week-filming 2 years ago on Jeju was originally intended to be a preview for the TV executives (you can see it was even written without dialogues) relying heavily on the visual effects, we don't know how would the whole drama turn out - the story, the acting, if they would be able to keep up with that high standard of visual effects throughout the gruelling schedule of live-shooting, if the ratings and viewership would be sufficient to cover the costs,.. - so I wouldn't think too hard and long over just a few minutes of teaser that has never turned out into a regular series   :)

  8. @marie67: Thank you so much for the video preview >:D< You've made me really happy <:-P

    Faith
  9. @pallycute: I'm sure they're not in the live shooting schedule, yet :) I'd even dare to say they must have at least 9 episodes in the bag. I think they just shoot some additional scenes subsequently, the above scene being an example of that. You can see from the previews and stills they've got plenty of scenes in tha bag plus if they were indeed in such a tight scheduling LMH wouldn't be surely able to travel to China for his fanmeeting ;)

@Kim_Lilly: I love that song, too :x it has slightly different feeling than Carry On, more heartbreaking, telling of love lost, while by Carry On you can still feel the hope for a happy ending, determination to fight for the love they've found
