@Berou ohhhhh I see!! that's really bad, good thing the president(s) were removed finally!! and I read that they moste likely they won't be able to hold the award ceremony because many of the broadcast employees were part of the strike and they are really exhausted by now while the end of the year is realy near so it will be hard for them and so I'm fine (even though I'm sad) if they can't hold it this time!! better to have a rest and focus on their current job than pressure and exhaust themselves more with the ceremony!!

and forgive my ignorance but how not holding an award ceremony help in serving justice and fairness?!! is it linked to the currupt President in some way?!! but yeah if that's the case than I'm with them and I'm sure Yoo Seung Ho will win many awards as he deserves and MBC isn't the only ceremony that can/will reward his hard work and talent for sure!!

so based on the characters description shared by our chingu @WoozyPrincess (thank you so much for them
) we can see that Kim Min Kyu actually have/had friends and even 1st love though we don't know how things are between them in the present with his severe allergy to humans!! is Ye Ri El (Hwang Seung-eon) still a friend? does he still have feelings for her?!! does she have feeling for him? (though really who wouldn't have feelings for him? ) good thing is that she's discribed as a person with clear personality so no crazy obsessed second female lead I presume!! my concern actually is about Hwang Yoo Cheol who (Kang Ki Young) "was" the President of Kim Min Kyu's financial group and his friend and this "was" makes me read it as "no longer" add to it his sense of inferiority complex to Kim Min Kyu and you can see my uneasiness reaching the rooftop!! and why am I seeing this actor playing bad characters head to head all of a sudden breaking my expectation to be a sweet fun character as I used to know him?!! how funny that Uhm Ki Joon is playing a good fun character in contrast of his evil image he had in his previous dramas while Kang Ki Young will play the bad guy character as it seems for now when he used to play the sweet fun characters in other dramas!! hhhhhhh
and I can see how Jo Ji Ah was the perfect choice for Hong Baek Gyun to play Aji 3 as she has a really high EQ (emotional intelligence) and Aji 3 is (supposedly) a robot that is curious about humans and "also enables emotional communication with humans". I have to admit how smart Hong Baek Gyun is to make such an information booklet to fool Kim Min Kyu to not doubt the not-really-a-robot to be actually a human!!

and though I never watched any of Chae Soo Bin's dramas but it's always good to hear good feedback about her and I'm loving the small glimps we had of her chemistery with Yoo Seung Ho and she looks convinsing as a robot so I'm really excited for their paring here and I can feel I'm going to love her!! hihihi and I hope it will turn the same way with you for Yoo Seung Ho!!

I re-read Hong Baek Kyun's character discription and like you I think he did it on purpose!! it said "He is the man who is instrumental in Kim Min Kyu finding love in the female robot." and I can read it as him using the "humanoid robot" to heal him and make him fall in love!! but isn't it weird to use his ex of all people or is he really a crazy scientist?!!
hhhhhh I was expecting emotional scenes since I saw the car accident still!! it braught me to reality!!
and he's Yoo Seung Ho after all and no one smart enough will miss the oportunity of showcasing his emotional side but we will see more of his adorable smile that's for sure

like you said we're not much in number (I'm sure our number will increase with time as the drama starts) but it was the same in Ruler's thread and we were like a small active family fangirling (over Yoo Seung Ho ) and spazzing over the drama which I hope it would be the same here!!
in general, I'm like you, I don't really care much about rating and numbers or reviews though I feel said if it's not as loved as I see it deserving but in this case I'm praying hard for this drama to be a great success with great reviews being Yoo Seung Ho's 1st rom-com and knowing how he blames everything on himself he may never make another rom-com if this drama doesn't do well raiting and/or viewers reaction wise so I need this drama to do really well for him to be happy and have more confidence in taking more rom-com roles and other genres and as result we'll be happy too!!

He should focus on this on these upcoming years. When he'll reach his 30's, he'll be able to emote much better in romantic scenes, those that demand bigger emotional investment.

really I laugh at those making these silly comments not paying attention nor considering the genre of the project nor his age neither the age gap between him and his co-stars and funny thing is that they would've complained even if they got more saying "why are they giving more importance to the love story when the project is about revenge or other heavey matter?" "huh how can they kiss like that when he's still too young? or she's too old for him? or she's too young?" and really I can be blindly biased but when this young man look at the girl/woman with love I do believe him and I fall in love with him too!!

I paid more attention to the amazing views and shy smiles than what was said. But your hunch is correct regarding the first meeting. MBC released the stills of YSH and CSB of their first encounter in which we can see CSB wearing a helmet.... and YSH near a car. Kim Min Kyu character must have bumped into Jo Ji Ah's motorbike and swear wods were exchanged lol. Jo Ji Ah's line " you didn't see the person" refers to her i.e you bumped into me because you didn't paid attention and didn't see me.
I think the reason of his psychological allergy is a car accident, on the first day of shooting they filmed a car accident. I don't know on which page it was posted on this thread. Was he with his parents when the accident occured? I've noticed the premise didn't precise if he's orphan or not, I assume he is and he lost his parents on that car accident when he was a child. They used a child actor as his younger counterpart, and when pics of his house were revealed, it was specified it was Kim min Kyu's house.
I second you regarding the gloves and the stick, he uses them to protect himself and to prevent symptoms of his allergy to occur.
What I'm not understanding is why she's going to pretend to be a robot and take Aji3's place. Does the robot become default and break down ?
or is AJi3 not really a robot to begin with ? So, Hong baek Kyun tries to deceive him and hires his ex ?

and yeah I believe his "allergy" is due to the trauma of the car accident too. and based on what we got till now it's obvious that Kim Min Kyu is an orphan, there is no mention of his family whatsoever not even a hint about them related to his house nor his company!!
when I first read about his character and how he lives in a "sterile environment" I got that he's really going to have an isolated life but then the gloves and stick made me see how severe it is and now I'm wondering what his reaction would be to the robot that it's not a robot!! we can assume he won't have any allergy attacks because she'll stick around for sure but will he have one when he realise/feel she's human?!! and what was Hong Baek Kyun thinking about sending a human to a person amlergic of humans? did he have his doubts that Kim Min Kyu's allergy is psychological one not an organic one?!! at least for now I don't think Hong Baek Kyun had bad intentions, either his humanoid robot faced problems and so he was left with one option which is using his ex to fill its place till it's fixed or his real experiment was over Kim Min Kyu and his allergy to humans and in that case it wasn't really good thing because you can't experiment on people without their permission!! as for Jo Ji Ah's reason to help him, it's either she needed money for her company that she made/trying to make or being a person who dreams of making things that people need she ended up helping her ex seeing that her taking Aji3's place would be of help and use to the man who has allergy to humans!!

me: 1st thing came to my mind is that Kim Min Kyu was telling scientest Hong Baek Gyun about his allergy and that's how Hong Bae Gyun ended up making that not-really-a-robot Aji3!! but we can tell that Kim Min Kyu has allergy attacks at any skinship and the gloves he was wearing can be for that reason which makes me feel bad for him and want to know what led to him developing this psychological allergy!!

my guess is that Kim Min Kyu and Jo Ji Ah met in car accident or something in the road because she kept telling him to "open it" and "get down" which are phrases used when someone is inside his car so their 1st encounter was perfect with both of them leaving a great impression on each other, good start
and so I can't wait to see her face when she finds out she's to be the robot of the "jerk" she met before and their weather conversation made me think how funny and hillarious things can be between these two with me imagining an unamused robot with its grumpy owner!! but she'll see his other sides that no one got to see too!!
