    @aniliaz welcome to LDW's thread dear! We hope you'll enjoy the fangirling journey with us! Yes, I agreed that he's such a fighter! When I watched Roommate, I always wonder how he never tired or in bad mood despite of his hectic schedule. Sometimes he acted grumpy with Jackson and YoungJi, but still, he's the oppa who always available to help that two teenagers. LOL

    @joyezz I agreed that he looks cooler than the real prince of England, LOL. I agreed, with LDW's fair skin, he'll stick better to play vampire role or a prince. When it came to Saeguk, maybe LDW needs to tanning his skin a lil bit, but... I also remember he looked fine in Joseon era at Heaven's order, so as long, the script is good, I wouldn't mind to see him in saeguk costume. Well, I think we'll get a glimpse of LDW in saeguk costume at the next Goblin eps, right?

    @lucifercorner I always surprised with LDW's many cute and funny face expressions during Goblin, on how he always have new expression every eps! I'm glad that GR character is a richness character, at the first half, comedic moments were so hilarious to watch and I think, K-nezt also love his comedic moments too. If KKE and LDW smart, I think they could maintain in this area bcos not so many handsome actors could be as talented and natural as him in comedy genre. Cha Tae Hyun is the the last actor I fell for for his funny act, after that, I didn't find many actors did well in comedy genre. After WR and his variety appearance, I believe LDW could be as great as CTH too, and his performance in Goblin validated my believe. LOL

    Anyway, I always wonder that this veggie drink is also a PPL, right? This such a smooth PPL rather than Subway. LOL

    @joyezz OMOOOO! Your gif of LDW's shirtless is a naughty Christmas gift. LOL. is it from Scent of Woman? I think Goblin used the towel PPL in such a waste when KS and ET just used those towel for their hair. LOL

    @Princi_86 regarding the double date, I hope KES will bring some funny banter for the couple. Couldn't wait to see Sunny and ET get jealous of their boyfriend's bromance. LOL

    @lkgy99 Thanks for the info, what a fate that GY also in the same year of military service with LDW. But I assumed, they were in different camp? As far I remember from LDW's strong heart, he was in camp together with Boom, Lee Jin Wook, Kim Ji Soek, Lee Wan. I didn't remember if he mentioned GY as well.

    @triplem Thanks for the info! I usually don't care about rating, but it's nice to see Goblin did well in rating. 12% for cable is like 20-25% for public station right? So, Goblin will be as high as Romantic dr Kim if it was aired at public station

    @Princi_86 Thanks for the infos! It's like a Christmas gift to hears such a great news about LDW's positive reception from K-netz. I also felt so happy when I read some positive comments at Dramabeans and Koalaplaygroud too during his performance for 7th and 8th eps

    @joyezz Awwwww roommate's chrismast party was daebak!! It was fun but.... at the end I also cried with all of them when Jackson's mom came! LDW also acted like a hyung to Jackson at that moment. Anyway, I agreed with you, GR's crying scene reminded me with CJW, but imho, GR scene was better! LDW already leveled up his acting became more intense as GR *bow down*

    @MaysoonD Thanks for LDW's chrismast selca. It's been a long time since he posted his own selca at his official ig (as far I know, usually it was maintained by KKE team rather than LDW himself based on the quality of photos, right?). But nowadays, he likes to take photos (maybe it's part of his GR's character which now in the middle of learning to use smartphone. LOL) above all, seeing him happy (eventho he looked a lil bit tired) made me happy. I think he already realized how ppls love his GR's character more and more.

    @siddy09 Thanks for compilation of comments, no only K-nezt want to see more WangSun's story, at DB, some of comments also want the same things, I copied some of relevant comments. Honestly, I'm quite agreed with greenfields, the Goblin's story plot is so slow and too much focus on KS-ET which felt so repetitive. I hope KES could make the 2nd half of Goblin will be better than the first half

      I’m with you. I’m curious about the Reaper/young King’s storyline, but not interested in the show anymore. It’s too slow – with little development for most of the screen time it is given.

    Happy Christmas eve!

    I know I'm a bit late but real life stuff calling so I just finished 7th eps and now ready for eps 8

    I agreed with all you, that crying scene is the best LDW's performance as GR. I love his comedy moments before, but this scene reminded me why I fall in love him, his acting made me feel hurt as much as him, just like CJW did to me 4 months ago. My heart hurts!

    @selenette Such an interesting topic! Yes, I agreed that Kim Min Jae's feature isn't very well match with LDW and KDY is more look similar. But since it's just about cameo, I agreed with @joyezz, cameo is very popular in K-dramas and somehow, the character's cameo, the posture or even the relevant story of cameo feel like a meta rather than contributed to the real plot. LOL. No, my point is, cameo is used to attract more audience and buzz to drama itself. The reason why KDY was picked to be part of cameo at Goblin bcos of the Moonlight's success (and it's quite easy to lure KDY bcos Moonlight PD was friend of Goblin's PD since both of them work together at DotS). The buzz of KDY with his moonlight's success and KSH with her Let's Fight Ghost's success will add the buzz for Goblin (maybe bcos the team think they need famous young actor to attract young audience since the main leads are in the Oppa category). When KDY's cameo was canceled, I think it didn't come from Goblin's side bcos of they need to change the story of GR. I assumed  maybe it came for KDY's side bcos if we viewed from Goblin's side, KDY at that time -around September- is more popular after Moonlight. But when Goblin's airing in December, I believe KMJ was getting popular too bcos he's also starring at Romantic Dr Kim. So, it's not a big loss for Goblin too. i still believe GR is the reincarnation of the king based on some hints (and KS already said it loud to DH, you need to make a big sin to become a GR, and I believe killing your wifey is one the biggest sins). LOL

    @Puppywookie I agreed it's hard to cast a younger actor who look alike with LDW. I agreed that he look alike with Depp in younger days (but I don't like Depp's look nowadays). I love your post which reminded us how great LDW is, not only as actor but also as human being

    @MaysoonD Me tooo! I'm afraid (but also excited) that WY maybe will kick CJW as my number 1! I also think it'll be better if LDW be more patient with his next drama's project (yes, we want him at daily weekend basis in our TV but for greater sake, I think we need to be more patient). After Goblin's success, I hope he'll be more carefully to take next one since it'll still related to Goblin. I agreed that CF and movie are the safest choice until the 'right' drama script comes. Some of Hallyu stars like JIS, LMH and Hyun Bin love took a long hiatus from dramas and prefer to do CF and movies nowadays -but still I hope LDW won't wait 3 or 4 years to comeback to dramas-. LOL

    @selenette HK was definitely a long melodrama whereas you need a lot of time and right mood to watch it. You will hate the plot if you watch it in hurry or in the middle of hectic-real life. I remember I finally finished HK around 2 months bcos I watched it when I think I'm ready for seeing the angst of my OTP. LOL. But every minutes of those was worth it bcos LDW's portrayed a very complex CJW in a great way (and great suit too!). And thanks for the song! I really hope GR could forgive himself

    @joyezz Ahahahah... the kisses and bed scene at LDV was quite explicit, wasn't it? meanwhile in HK, it felt sweeter. I think those sexual intercourse related with the plot of dramas, LDV was darker and unconventional love story meanwhile HK was sweeter in love story. but I admired LDW for his bravery to took character like LJS.

    And that GY's  first selcaaaa.... LOL! The 2nd selca finally became the proper selca, YAY! Now GR could send his selca to Sunny

    @Princi_86 I agred that KKE didn't promote LDW and his goblin, at KKE ig's, I saw more YYS's pics than LDW. I know that Romantic Dr Kim was doing great in rating but I think Goblin did well too. I didn't see the latest news but if finally GR has his flashback.... OMO..... I'm in for LDW in saeguk costume!

    @joyezz I love him in every way even if he's bald. LOL. After Goblin, I just think it's better if he takes a very different role, since GR is such a cute one whereas ppls praised his acting and his perfect figure (at first weekend, they love his hat, now, they're admiring his lips, I wonder what will they love at next weekend) LOL. I think it's gonna be such a bang if he chooses a role with those scruffy-beard-look, maybe in action or indie movie first!

    @siddy09 I remember KES said after Lover in Paris, she received so many disappointment so she chose the happy ending one! Idk if it'll apply at Goblin bcos from the storyline so far, sad and happy moment somehow intertwined in very beautiful way for example the moment when ET's mom got hit but then alive again, the moment when a man died but he's accompanied by his dog. So, somehow, I assume our couple will have a happy ending and sadly, a sad one too??

    @joyezz You're back with tons of LDW picspam and gifs during his dramas...CJW always be my fave but now... GR is in the middle of pushing CJW from the 1st spot. LOL

    I love LDW looks so fresh and clean-shave at Goblin -like he's in the same circle of age with YSJ- like @willenette said, with the right hair style you could look younger. Anyway, I hope after Goblin, he'll take different role which made him need to grow some beard. I want to watch Scruffy LDW like this pic below

And their storyline has been developing really slowly in first eps. But as to his couple I guess it's almost the same as with DOTS secondary couple, that their story developes slowly? The only difference is that in DOTS secondary couple had obvious obstacles from the very beggining and they had drama, while here we have fun and we can only build theories about their drama. And my theory is that in first part of the show writer is focused on sword and main couple's build up, but in second part the main story will bee GR and Sunny's past and how it will affect all storyline.

    Princi, sorry for late reply. I need to watch some DotS BTS again before reply your post. I think PD LEB has a man crush on LDW bcos during DotS BTS I never see him hugging actors and actress at their spare time. The only one actress he loves to touch during shooting time was SHK, but still, it had some personal space between them, meanwhile to SJK, he was quite a pushy one especially in romantic scenes, he was the one who tell SJK to look out for SHK's eyes when they kissed ect. And for LDW, since he's a guy, I felt PD LEB feel more comfy to hug him. Thanks for making me green with envy, PD Nim!

    I also remember, PD LEB  was very satisfied with SHK's performance at that time, he said her expression is greater than 100 words, I think it's part of reason why he also fall for LDW. LDW proved he's so rich in facial expression, PD LEB love those kind of actors, who could act only with their eyes and expression without any dialogues, I think we already saw at Goblin how LDW nailed it perfectly, and just like us, PD LEB love him too.

    I attached that 2 scenes bcos I love the way PD LEB captured our GR in such a perfect way, and believe me, he didn't do those kind of shoot in DotS which were full of close up shooting in horizontal way. I don't say SJK's figure wasn't great as LDW since LDW 's height is taller than SJK, but I think PD LEB himself is also improving his style. He used his camera from the bottom and from above only for LDW, I think it's quite an achievement if we remember LDW was supposedly to be the second lead but he got the most of beautiful scenes. LOL

    During DotS, I read many haters comments towards main lead couple (SHK mostly) and those comments praised the second couple. So I think, the second couple got love more at drama meanwhile in real life, SongSong couple got love more. LOL. I agreed that GR character was very different second lead from JG character bcos since the beginning, GR played important role for ET's life and he had more screen time than JG, but for the loveline, DotS's second couple already had their love story since the 1st eps. KJW herself also appeared and met with JG at 1st eps and we already knew the two of them were fall to each other but they need to be apart since 1st eps. Meanwhile for our WangSun, they met at 4th eps and now still in the middle of process knowing each other at 6th eps which were very slowly movement. I don't want to make a comparison since the second leads had different start of the story. I just complained rather than focus on KS-ET's (which gave us some melo last week and sadly, too many melo moments and then it felt repetitive), I need a glimpse of flashback from the teenage king like the reason why he ordered to kill the queen and KS. Now, we just have 10 eps to reveal so many mysteries about GR and Sunny, I just hope our WangSun finally deserved a better treatment from KES for the next 10 eps

    @selenette  Hi too from JGL's fan eventho' I rarely watch his movies nowadays, LOL. Thanks for the further info about blood temperature, OMOOO.... I hope your sister is now fine after the liver problem. Just like LDW said, he's a hot temperature type which made him get sweat more than normal temperature person, I agreed that it influenced his metabolism too. I also hope he always stay healthy

    @Princi_86 @heyel OMOOO... thanks for the gifs and pics. I love blonde-days's LDW, LOL. I watched Roommate and quite surprised when he dyed his hair, but as time goes on, I did love his blonde style just like now with his curly bangs. LDW is the only K-actor who could nailed all kind of hair styles perfectly so yeah, @joyezz even he went bald or had nightmare hair day, he always look best. LOL. And I agreed in that blonde pics, he look alike as part of the vampire-clan.

    @selenette The flashback of the king and the queen is one of my wishlist for Goblin's next eps. GR will be the one who finally realize Sunny's past life and then it'll bring back his memory about his past life, I just.... afraid it'll make GR avoid Sunny again

    I still believe GR is the reincarnation of the young king who ordered to kill KS and the queen. And your post give us some hints about future problems for KS, GR himself and Sunny too. The conflict will be very emotional from both side. Until now, KS still looks for the reincarnation of the king. Imagine his surprised if he finally found out GR is the reincarnation and how the way GR handled himself if he finally remember how cruel he was during his reign. OMOOO..... I think I need to prepare tissue for this moment. I agreed that ET also gonna be a key point -both for GR and KS- I hope KS could finally forgive GR for his sin and GR could finally forgive himself. I don't expect a very sweet ending but I hope at least both of them will finally find a peace with themselves.

    @lucifercorner I agreed, Goblin's story plot was quite boring for the past 2 weeks bcos it so focused on KS-ET. The pace was so slow,  it wasn't as great as the 1st week eps, but overall, the 3rd week was better than 2nd week eps bcos finally we could saw WangSun's progression

    @Puppywookie Ahahahaha, me too dear. If you're a fan of LDW, it's gonna be hard for us to fall for flower boys type like PBG. K-netz love PBG wasn't a big surprise, both of them are beautiful human being but located in a very different continuum -at the end, it's just about a different choice of taste- LOL. As far I remember, K-netz love PBG bcos he reminded them as a good son, right? They don't see him as mature man

    @winterdew Thanks for the insight post! I agreed that he's so underrated, ppls love his comedic-moment rather than his mellow act. Those tearful eyes spoke louder than words! Just like @Princi_86 said, GR's story line also had the sad part which we couldn't wait to be revealed! But since KES is now focusing on KS-ET's melodrama, GR is now needed to be the fun one who gave us laugh, I hope our patient-mode finally paid off in great way!

    If you have free time before Goblin's next airing, you could binge watching his K-variety performances like TROS -it's only 2 eps and just about less than 1 hour-, and then you could watch Roommate -well, it's a lil bit long, 2 season with more than 40 eps- but I believe you'll fall for LDW more bcos those shows showed us that he's not only a versatile actor, but also a great human being too.

    @Princi_86 I also felt a lil bit tired to catch up the Goblin's thread, I hope I'll have time to finally made a good backread at that thread

    OMOOOO! @MaysoonD LDW looked so effing HOT eventho he wears the blue suit. We finally saw the scene at the beginning of eps 6.

    I'm drooling over this scene and I already rerun for 5 times (damn, my fangirling mode is now totally active), if I'm Sunny, I think I already had nosebleed when I saw him stepped out from the car

    Overall, I felt quite satisfied with 2 eps of Goblin for this weekend. We could see how our GR progressed to become more social towards Sunny and ET. In a surprising way, I love his interaction with ET too! The way both of them did housewife-stuff made me smile. I also saw GR progressed by his choice of clothes. At Goblin's thread, ppls realize for this two eps, he wears another colors. I also think it's good change for my eyes as fan -LDW in the blue suit and coat is killing me!- but none can't beat his ponytail sweatshirt before. I also learned some things about GR, he could freeze the time, he could hypnotize people, and everytime he gets angry (or jealous) he could make the room in dark clouds. LOL

    At the other side, I still surprised we couldn't get any glimpse of Sunny and GR's past life. We always flashback to KS and his goryeo time but none of the King and Queen. I felt our WangSun couple is now in the middle of very slooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww plot-line. I hope KES could fix this problem bcos at the first, I think we got a fair treatment for the two main lead couple. I didn't wanna be a childish fan but somehow, I assumed the stagnant rating for eps 4 and 5 maybe bcos ppls feel dissatisfied with the story which were totally focus on KS-ET's love line. I mean, KES could bring another character to make interesting side-plots (not just about WangSun, but I talked for overall supporting characters). I love to share this scene, I think PD LEB made a beautiful shoot of our GR
