Food for Sick People

Recommended Posts

I have been sick for 4 days now.
I have a running nose (and since I have allergies, it is torture) and a sore throat.
Whenever I am sick, I just make simple things to eat like boiled eggs, boiled chicken, boiled hot-dogs, and drink tea.
I know I always crave porridge, but I can never make it.
I heard that salad was good (?), but I have never tried it.
So my question is, what is good food for sick people? What’s your opinion on food for sick people?
Let me know! Suggestions will be great. Ingredients of how to make it will even be better!

Yes, salad was good for your health as well as teeth. It gives you vitamin and protein that will help you to fight against harmful diseases.

Make some really good chicken soup. Its good when you are sick. Homemade ones.

A good content is the key to a successful blog. Blogs showcase your works and can be included in your resume too. One can also hire a professional resume writer that provides resume writing service and reviews ,with review from many users that would help them decide which service to go for.
