Chrissy Chou :) Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 I have been sick for 4 days now.I have a running nose (and since I have allergies, it is torture) and a sore throat.Whenever I am sick, I just make simple things to eat like boiled eggs, boiled chicken, boiled hot-dogs, and drink tea.I know I always crave porridge, but I can never make it.I heard that salad was good (?), but I have never tried it.So my question is, what is good food for sick people? What’s your opinion on food for sick people?Let me know! Suggestions will be great. Blogs showcase your works and can be included in your resume too.
