At that time he was still under contract with Maroo, currently he haven't make a decision yet if he's joining the group or not. Hoping for the best. 

They are going to have a new single coming out on Nov 6

As answered above, all of them are now out of Maroo. Sungmo contract ended last, and till now he hasn't made a decision if to join them or not.

 

The other 5 are now in SV Ent. which was opened by them, YoonHak is the CEO... they also opened SV records.
