There's an extra track in Disc 1 where Gong Yoo recorded a Japanese version of "너라서".
And it comes with a DVD that includes music videos, behind the scenes/making film and video footage of YOO in recording studio.

Also, I just gotten a heads up from a friend in Hong Kong that BIG will be airing over one of the TVB's channel starting 20-Dec.  The title will be "愛情上錯身" (literally translated into "Love in wrong body" or "Love trapped in wrong body") and it will be dubbed in Cantonese language.
