I actually am friends with a whole family of siblings that were trainees in YG... all three of them got in cause of connections and all three of them dropped out to pursue education. One of the them got pretty into it and was even sent to the US by YG so he can learn english and while here, he decided that he wanted to quit YG and just stay in the US and learn english without having the pressure of going back to Korea. They let him go no questions asked.

So I hope this clears up anyone's idea that a trainee is bound by their contract and yadda yadda yadda. You can quit and you do have freedom. They told me that as far as YG goes, you get out of it as much as you put into it.

It actually does not clear up anything about one's contract. If a person got in by connections, they have a huge advantage over people who dont. If you got in by connections, you can easily get out the same way without much stress.

YG's contract ethics does not reflect every single company out there.

my friend's ex debuted in korea . that's one connection she wish she didn't have LOL .

LOL we joke about it all the time , she's praying she dosen't get tracked down by fans or smthn.

LMAO! That's funny, but i guess it would be scary if scary fans started stalking you and then hating. *shivers*

anyways, my friend's an SM trainee. I'll ask her if I'm allowed to reveal information about her, but she's very gorgeous, very very very pretty. She's Chinese :)

LOL my friend just recently got signed to SM -

honestly, it was to be expected; he's really good at dancing.. I mean... AMAZING...

and has the typical "Good looking fresh face" that SM tends to go for -

his singing is okay, but he's destined to be great.

I hear stories here and there, 

but I can't share with everyone - and they are only mild details,

all I know is hes REALLY busy with dance lessons, singing lessons,

and he always has his hair changed... because they are looking for his "Perfect Look."

Hes met allot of artists lately... and got me a shinee signed album.. woo.

He's also really exhausted most of the time... 

but makes time a couple days of the week to skype call...

and he also had to deleted all his facebook stuff.

oh online?? like email?? i thought u meant the global auditions got scared. i thought u can hardly get accepted or let alone have ur email get checked the casting team. but anyways congrats to him!! ^ ^

I think he auditioned online - because he lived in the Netherlands before. xD

if you have pictures of current, confirmed SM trainees, see if you can match the confirmed pictures with any of these guys.
