Connecting To Browser Problem

This happens after I use CB and BT.. my speeds aren't even at th max right now. (CB only going at 37KB/s) and BT's not going anywhere.

The only site i can visit right now is soompi... lol weird.. but if i log off and log back on, my browser works. What does this mean? I never had this problem before. Does this mean that somehow these programs are sucking up all my bandwidth?

Your other P2P programs don't have anything to do with your browser working. Clean out your cache files.
