when i joined choir my teacher told me i was a soprano and yeahh..

does anyone know how to find out your range? O_O

of course thats not my chest range. just all my range combined. as far as applying it to singing...i think ive tried up to 4th octave D#

Highest note: G7

And on really good days when I'm not cursing at my music teacher, I go an octave higher. But sadly, he needs more mezzo sopranos and altos in ensemble. Sadly, altos, I can't really go down most of their notes.

Er. Let's see, I can sing both alto and soprano with the inbetween range (mezzo soprano?) being my most comfortable. My lowest note is the D below middle C and my highest note gets higher every year because I'm trying to practice until I reach a whistle register. For now though, my highest note is F6...I think >_<

for all i know, im a soprano cuz i recently joined choir this year and my choir teacher put me in that section.

and my voice is pretty high anyways...lol but i think i can go a little bit into the alto range...not sure though
