Sichuan/Szechuan food are probably the spiciest, you can't taste anything after consuming some of that cuisine, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Thai food is just slightly under their level, but personally I like it much better because it's a kind of spicy that has the kick without killing your tastebuds, so you just can't stop eating even though you're dying :3

In general, probably Sichuan or Indian. I mean, Korean, Chinese, and Mexican- most dishes are not spicy. Even though Mexicans have their crazy ghost pepper, spiciest stuff ever, much of food is not spicy. I might be wrong about ghost pepper being Mexican, but wherever they're from, generally is not spicy.

Actually the spiciest food is hunan cuisine. It's spicier than sichuan food. I find sichuan food pretty average in terms of spiciness lol.
