Breakfast: - Spam, lettuce and egg sandwich.

Snack: Bacon biscuit, Crispix and fruit juice.

Lunch: Chicken fingers and apple juice.

Snack: Peanut butter sandwich.

Dinner: Rice with roast pork, fish and vegetables.

i had a lot in my tummy today.

breakfast- fish and rice ( lame? hahha! it was good!)

lunch - Porksilog..hahaha you guys might not know this...it's a pork that comes in a plate with rice and a sauce. We also had juices...

for dinner..i haven't taken it yet...

Oh man. I just ate 300 grams of chocolate covered fruit and peanuts.

The packet said it should be 30g servings at 100 calories each serving.. and so that means I ate like...

1000 calories... O___O"

I stuffed myself silly today, well yesterday

2 mozzarella sticks

3 buffalo mini chicken tenders

1/2 steak wrap (?)

2 whole chicken quesadillas

some pomegranate

rice w/ chicken wings & veggies

...it was a good day!
