To those who need help finding all 9:

2 dolphins are between the raised arms and the heads (1 on each side)

1 dolphin between the 2 heads

2 dolphins between the male's arms and the female's body (1 on each side)

1 dolphin underneath the female's breasts

2 dolphins in the shadows between the couple's legs

1 dolphin between the female's legs.

Just look at the greyish/blackish area to locate the dolphins.
