There's just too much spam in popular forums lately so I was refraining from posting. 
While some may say there is really no plot to this drama, I find it really light-hearted. This is one of those dramas where you get a slice of life, in other words, each episode is unique because it is narrated in first person--alternated by each of the two main characters.

There's just so much to relate to.. love, friendship, work life etc. I'm loving it so far.. still looking forward every Monday and Tuesday

You absolutely right , this drama is like no other. All changes bring a lot controversy, People are always afraid of the unknown. That is the reaction why many people that were use to one type of drama, same plot style for many years, and out of sudden they are confronted with a drama that challenge them to be bold, and think outside the box they were confined, it shake them out, they were moved out of they comfort zone, they feel threatened, so they come up with all the nonsense criticism, to try to convince themselves that they should stay in the "cocoon ", and they are pick in everything and anything to try to bring this drama down.  But, luckily not everybody think the same, and there are many heroes out there, that enjoy and demand for challenge. Reason why this drama is a success, thanks to all those heroes and we the fans that are enjoying Park Shin Hye outstanding performance, and we know she has much more to give. To the success of drama Doctors, all cast, crew, PD and writer. My hat out.
