Our Lee Dong Wook will appear on next Infinite Challenge episode on 6th Jan.

Hi ling ko, thanks for sharing this. So NICE to know this. Lee Dong Wook will be appearing on the show as a witness to testify about Jo Se Ho’s character who's also a guest in the show. I didn't know that they are close friends. Was he the one who was also in "Roommate" before? Can't wait to see this on January 6 at 6:25 p.m. KST.

*** Again, I also didn’t know that they’re close friends. LDW seems to be a very friendly person. Although, we see him as a reserved one.

Choiza disses himself by saying Lee Dong Wook would've failed if he continued hanging out with him

Dynamic Duo's Choiza talked about his friendship with Lee Dong Wook.

The January 3 episode of Olive's 'One Night Food Trip' showed Dynamic Duo having dinner at a pho restaurant in Vietnam. While enjoying the unlimited refill meals, Choiza reminisced the past days and said, "We and Lee Dong Wook once had 10,000 CC of beer in our studio at 2 pm in the afternoon."

Gaeko commented, "I was knocked out and when I woke up, empty cans were stacked up high."

Choiza then dissed himself and joked, "If Dong Wook continued hanging out with me, he would've definitely failed. He probably didn't make it on 'Goblin'. I wasn't able to hang out with him much lately and I think that's why he's succeeding."

Lee Dong Wook  has not only handmade each of 200 candles for fans attending his book signing event,

but he has hand wrapped each of the candle.

He made this for 4 hours without rest.

ling ko, thanks for sharing this. So NICE of him to do this homemade gifts for the fans. It's special since it's handmade by him. He's great. I'm sure they like the gifts from him. Gosh............4-1/2 hours making these 200 candles?  I'm surprised that he knows a step-by-step of candle making. And he put various aroma oils to find the perfect fragrance for each candle, huh?  It’s fun looking at him making the candles.  I wonder if he didn't get exhausted.

Lee Dong Wook is making a special appearance on MBC's 'Infinity Challenge' to share about his close friend Jo Se Ho.

On January 3, 'Infinity Challenge' shared a photo on their official social media accounts, hinting at the upcoming episode centered around their semi-fixed member Jo Se Ho.

In the image, Yoo Jae Suk and HaHa are captured chatting with a "mysterious" man. The description to the cut stated, "Jo Se Ho, we want to know him! We've met up with his close friend."

Even though the face of the friend is blurred out, netizens were able to immediately notice the man is actor Lee Dong Wook.

Lee Dong Wook and Jo Se Ho have developed a close bond after working together on SBS variety show 'Roommate'. The actor is expected to talk about Jo Se Ho's potential as a permanent member of 'Infinity Challenge'.

Wookie knows what ppl expect from him. He has introduced himself two times as LDW and GR

Hi ling ko, thanks for sharing these captures from the show. On January 6th episode of 'Infinity Challenge',  when asked what kind of friend Jo Se Ho is, LDW said that his friend Jo Se Ho is plumper than usual lately.  "I've known him for 3-4 years, and he's fatter than ever before.  He also takes showers quickly.  I don't think he washes himself very thoroughly."  - Hahaha -  LDW is so funny. He's really funny on variety shows. Jo Se Ho then explained, "I don't use soap often." Yoo Jae Suk asked him, "Did you really come because of Se Ho," and he responded, "It's not like that. I wanted to let people know what I was doing. I'm not on any TV shows right now." -

New JTBC medical drama "Life" starring Lee Dong Wook as a doctor and Cho Seung Woo as director of hospital where he's working. And the writer is from last year's hit drama "Secret forest".  News state that this drama won't be typical medical drama dealing with surgeries, etc. It will depict life around hospital and the powers which surround it.

Girls, I'm back, sorry for long hiatus, but I still love Wookie and now enjoying his photobook much, LOL

Whoaa, such a great news that Wookie will be back at dramaland with Life at 2018. I just heard the news last night and feel quite excited. But somehow there's some pros, cons  and worry regarding his choice

I think Wookie already picked the project since last year but maybe just a glimpse of this project bcos he already told us the truth, he wants to act at humanity drama and now he's back with medical drama theme!

The Pros:

1. The scriptwriter is a rookie but already gained recognition at Secret Forest, so we could hope the best for the story itself. It's gonna be a witty and refreshing medical story!

2. He will be team up with good actor (but didn't have the above star level like GY before) so at least Wookie and Seung Woo will have same screen time

The Cons:

1. It will be aired at JTBC since it's cable channel the rating won't be as huge as the public channel

2. Since it will be focus at Wookie - Seung Woo, there's gonna be only lil plot of romance

Worry:

1. Could the scriptwriter made another great script after Secret Forest's achievement?

2. The drama also needs a good actress. GOOD actress means she also has star power, enough pretty but must important could act. LOL

3. The director, I hope it'll also has the secret forest's director too!

4. I hope it'll be airing at autumn not summer, LOL

Hi ling ko, thanks for sharing this good news. I guess the title, "Life" is just a working title................but, I love how it sounds for a drama if that is a plot. OMG Lee Dong Wook as doctor. Looks like it would fit him to a T wearing that white uniform. I wonder when this will premier. I can't wait.  I love medical dramas.  I'm sold. I hope this will be an interesting drama.  I hope this will do well, rating-wise. I sense another bromance happening. Lee Dong Wook promoted himself on "IC" on the latest episode - hahaha - & here - he already has a project. I'm curious who will be the lead female here. Hopefully, the female lead won't disappoint. I have missed LDW on the small screen.  All the best!

[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Cho Seung-woo and Lee Dong-wook Join "Life"

photo929954.jpg

Well, this is certainly sudden and exciting news. Actors Cho Seung-woo and Lee Dong-wook have joined up the newly announced jTBC drama "Life", which is by the writer of "Secret Forest", Lee Soo-yeon-I. If that's not enough to get several groups of fans hyped beyond words, I don't know what would be.

Cho Seung-woo ("Secret Forest", "Inside Men") and Lee Dong-wook ("Goblin", "Bubble Gum") alone are a star combination with their own significant fan-bases, but "Secret Forest" has also been a very critically acclaimed drama, as well as a fan favorite for its genre.

It's also a series I somehow missed through my schedule, so perhaps this is "Life" telling me that it's time to give it a go.

The writer's newest is a medical drama about the power struggles that go on at a hospital, which in Dramaland is about as descriptive as saying it's a romantic drama with an OTP focus. The Evil Rich Dude™ didn't go through such trouble taking over every plot for you to ignore his omnipresence, mortal!

Lee Dong-wook plays Ye Jin-woo, a specialist working at a university hospital. Cho Seung-woo is the man who runs said hospital, Goo Seung-hyo. I can already see the man-clashing flash before my eyes. I assume we'll know the story specifics soon enough, so let's enjoy the potential for now.
