i know im random, but anyone can remember Minguk "eung.ga" (poop) in the show?so far only Daehan and Mansae did, right?
and, lets recall SIK appa desperate laugh every time he found out the boys freakin' mischievous..

Mansae's 2nd attempt to make appa laugh desperately on no-diaper-training view episodes before.whats so funny is, he told appa that he shouldnt take a pee or poo in the panties, yet he did that in minutes afterward.

On the upcoming episode of “Superman Returns,” Song Il Gook and his triplets Dae Han, Min Gook, and Man Se dive into diet and exercise for the springtime.

In the episode, Song Il Gook feels total shock after getting on the scale. It turns out he put on a lot of weight this winter. Unaware of his dad’s feelings, Min Gook asks, “Dad, you got bigger?” and makes Song Il Gook despair a second time. Therefore, Song Il Gook and the triplets head to a nearby park and take their first step into dieting.

In the preview stills, the triplets come out marching with their matching exercise outfits and sun visors. They show off their cute martial arts skills as they wave their adorable arms and legs around and follow Song Il Gook’s exercises to motivate their dad even more.

You can see more of the triplets when the episode broadcasts on April 19.

The triplets of 'Superman Is Back' go exercising with their dad Song Il Kook to help him shed some weight

In the upcoming episode of KBS' 'Superman Is Back', the adorable triplets went on an 'exercise regime' along with their dad, Song Il Kook!

That's because when actor Song Il Kook went to weigh himself on a scale, he was shocked to see the amount of weight he had put on. At that moment, Min Gukapproached him with wide eyes and asked, "Daddy, did you get bigger?" making him want to lose the weight even more.

After that, Song Il Kook began to exercise with his kids, as they went to a neighborhood park wearing matching tracksuits. The triplets adorably copied all of the exercises their father did, encouraging him to push himself harder.

just finished ROS ep 74..Daehanie strikes again! you're so cute baby, sleepin' on canoe even made the pedal fell into the river




also love the way he said, "jinjja??" when make sure Minguk if surely love SIK appa when he becomes fat.

@kona, thanks for the above videos. They made my day.

I'm not surprised at all that Sik has gained weight. Look how he eats. The Song boys are unbelievable. 12trays of dumplings and more in just one sitting. Almost half of these are eaten by Sik. Lol. No doubt, the triplets inherited their huge appetite from appa Il Kook.

Btw, although Sik is heavier now, he looks more handsome and cute to me. I love his fresh aura.
