Hi everybody. It's been a while. I'm still recovering from my severe withdrawal from Joon Gi's Singapore FM. I was actually hoping that the thread would be a bit more alive when knowing that JG sang 'For You' and posted another clip of it on his IG after that one obvious absence from HK FM. But no... what I could read was some overreaction for his upcoming 'My Ear's Candy' show. Sorry if I sound a bit harsh but seriously... that really made me upset, no matter how much I tried to understand the reasons behind the worries. Please excuse me if I bring this up again but I just need to get this out of my system so I can ship JoonU peacefully again.

@Silvermaine @ucieh and I were beyond ecstatic when Joon Gi sang 'For You' during his second half of the FM after previously teasing us that he would end the show already because it means the song and MLSHR (implicitly and undeniably including JE as a crucial part of it all) are STILL important for him, no matter how long the drama itself has ended. To me, this shows a lot. He cherishes MLSHR as much as we are and probably for the same reason!

Joon Gi is a truly professional entertainer and he is very genuine in doing it. He is also a man of his words. He will do what he says he wants to do. He said he wanted to do a contemporary drama after this and it might also be a different genre from what he's done so far- romcom is a possibility. He always thinks that he's not so good at it so he wants to have projects that can help him improve this particular side of him... My Ear's Candy isn't originally a romantic, dating-driven show until Jang Keun Suk turned it into one lol... but the audience seemed to like the idea anyway so it can be also a good thing for JG to 'exercise' his romantic side through this show- for both professional and personal reasons. Choosing other variety shows might just give him the popularity, but can 'Three Meals a Day' or 'Journey to the West' bring the romantic side he needs to improve for his future drama/ film projects? I don't think so. Moreover, for once, as his fan, I would like to see him talking about his ideas of romance, relationships and maybe even marriage in a casual, conversation-like atmosphere- not in a magazine/ TV interview setting. If I could, I would even recommend JE to watch JG's parts lol... so she can sort her feelings out too if there's any.

To be very brutally honest, during my stay in this ship, I have always been worried by the thought that JE is the one not having the mutual feelings for JG- not the other way around. I'm a shipper but I'm first and foremost a JG fan- I want him to get the love he deserves because he can love so much already! I decide to remain in the ship because I can see that JG genuinely cherishes JE which she seems to be very grateful for it; in addition after her breakup I can safely pray for Fate and Probability to cross in their romantic paths.

JG said in the very recent interview with the Straits Times that if he finds the one, he'll go for it. I trust him and he'll surely make his way towards this goal, however long it will take him. When JE said things about him with the confident face, that showed she knew him that much to be able to say things about him, I know there's a hope somewhere, so I'm holding on.

So please... if watching him doing his work (which includes being a romantic guy with other female costars) doesn't fit your taste, just don't do it. I would highly appreciate your being mindful for the originally JG (hardcore) fans like me staying in this ship who don't want to get the wrong idea when reading something like JG is too flirtatious, possibly being a player, cheating on JE and yadda yadda yadda while doing his work because he isn't that kind of 'cheap' person. He blew lots of kisses to his fans, teasing us so much until I don't know how to blush anymore for the rest of my life but all done genuinely professional... I know that he'll do the same for 'My Ear's Candy'. The only female costar he's been showing genuine cares sometimes even more than his fans is Lee Ji Eun to me. You can simply watch all his interactions with other ladies out there during his works or projects. He's been friendly and all but never taking it to a different level so far- exceeding slightly if not much of his professional boundaries- just like what he's done for JE. If she feels the same way towards him and he knows it, I am very certain he'll do something about it. After all, he wants to love and to be loved just like any normal person out there.

She most likely already back to Korea now. She went there to have vacation with Yoo In Na or maybe filming her MV in LA. She usually has vacation with her bestie, YIN. In 2015, she went to Italy with YIN too.

@NoonaE Just know that I'm applauding you for your post right now, conveying everything I was thinking but couldn't quite put into words, especially as more Uaena than Hajunse. It is a good reminder of the type of man that Joon Gi is and a better insight into his personality that, maybe, some of our shippers here don't know very well yet.

As for your worries regarding Jieun, I can say that she is definitely giving off the same vibes as Joon Gi. It's just that she can control it a little (barely) better than he can. Haha. She's also so very cautious just because of her situation with past "scandals" and the "recent" break up news.

I was listening to the live audio streaming of Joon Gi's Singapore FM, so I definitely understood that feeling when he finally, FINALLY sang "For You" and THEN POSTED IT ON HIS IG AGAIN!! My heart is still soaring because of that right now. Haha~ So, don't worry, the three of you are not the only ones!

@NoonaE Thank you for your post! I hope other people on this thread will think like this too. When I jump into this ship, I believe in our OTP. I can see genuine love coming from JG. For JE, I saw it during her Taiwan concert when JG made a guest. I can see she feel so touched and admired JG so much. I believe if they fated to each other, they will surely end up together now or in the future. To tell you the truth, this is the first time I'm so into shipping stuff. I can see genuine love coming from JG and JE. It's so different with other OTP. Just looking at them together already makes me smile and happy.

I know JG is not flirtatious guy or a player. I'm just getting to know about JG lately. I watched all his BTS with his previous co-star, he's friendly with his co-star, but not the flirty type. It's so different from what he did to JE. For his appearance on MEC, I hope everyone here can take it with open heart. MEC is reality show afterall. It's the way for JG to show another side of him as it was stated on the article.

He's an actor afterall, so in the future he might take romance comedy drama as his next project too. I hope everyone can support what he choose for his project. Even he might have romantic scenes with other actress (if his next project is romance comedy) or he's being sweet to his candy on MEC, I believe it won't change his feelings to JE. As I said before, JoonU is different with other OTP. I can see genuine love coming from them. They really look beautiful together, when they are together I can see there's love in the air.

@NoonaE first of all i wanted to say how i am so envy of u could seen JG in person and enjoyed his performance, u are truly a lucky fan. 

second of all i just would like to comment regarding the negative reaction on MEC. im just gonna speak on my behalf since i had the same reaction when the first time i heard abt it.  

first i didn't know what the show is all about i thought it was some type of "dating show" and the less of crumbs lately made me wonders abt JoonU. my first reaction was upset, couldn't believe if there is no more JoonU, and JG had moved on. i think its what u called sudden reaction, i will have the same reaction if its the other way around. 

but then i came to my senses that JoonU are entertainers meaning they will have other projects with other ppl, besides getting more knowledge abt the show made it all clear. its just another JG project and he had his reasons why he choosed it. 

of course since i am a shipper i couldn't stop being delulu, i think he choosed it to pleased his fans who wanted him to joined in RS and or do romance dramas. the show is a good choice since he could pleased his fans without having (direct) romantic scenes with other womans so that JE will not be upset  , i think in SG  interview JG prefers action genre more than others if im not mistaken.

anyway im a new fan of both JoonU equally, i am still on my learning process of getting to know them while also being a shipper. i had doubts and wonders too, my thought that it also could be JG who still confused abt his feelings and the recent interview of him made me even more worried because he said he couldn't seperates the feelings wheter its real or just being too deeply involved in the characters. 

but then i remember i believe on JoonU i have all my faith on them. i saw all their interactions all these time is nothing but genuine, also i never been a shipper before so that aside speaks volume for myself. Besides JoonU are adults they will not behave like the way they are if they don't have genuine feelings towards each other. 

If JG is more in the bold move, i can say JE is more in the softer unseen way (idk how to put it) since she is a woman also sometimes Knetz are too harsh on her thats way i think she has to act more cautious. however the  way she behave towards JG lately really blew my mind this girl can't hide her feeling she letting her guard down and i can say she doesn't really care of what ppl might think. 

as fans we always have to support JoonU also in career wise no matter what projects they might take in the future, just believe it will not change their feeling towards each other. 

lastly like u i will keep positively and diligently chanting and praying for bbjx miracles to comes true.

MEC is a reality show and most reality show they are scripted, so to say that by taking this project JG is cheating on JE is sound so wrong. It is a job, a project nothing more nothing less.  So there will be big chance he will take another project in the future with love line or romance genre, n no you cant stop him for doing so, it is after all his job. He is an actor... 

 I am someone who always prefer to be a lurker... silent reader, I am not good in speaking out my mind and more over i am scared of those over obsessive fans that usually more than once speak through their selfishness than pure logic and mature state of mind. That's why i always choose to quietly lurk, when i finally choose to board this ship it was because I see that this ship is diff. This ship is not boarded with immaturity and selfishness. U do need to understand that before they are our idol/ famous actor/ the couple we ship on they are also people just like us. They have feelings, they have their own need and they have every right to decide whatever they want to do or who they want to be with. ahahah thank you I am glad u enjoy that chapter, It actually my first "mild mature" content fanfic LOL.... it took a lot of time than the usual one shots. I was really worried that it would be weird or something hahaha.

Hello Stargazers!!! 

Been a very busy week for me, after I came back from my trips and catching Oppa live last sat. Alright, allow me to fangirl abit, OPPA is so so so so so much handsome in real life, his performance live is so so so awesome!!! I tot I couldnt love him more den that, yet I was so wrong, I loving oppa more! Thanks Oppa for the wonderful performance on Saturday! You are just so so so so daebak!! His singing, his dancing, his teasing, oh man, someone teleport me back time, if it is possible...I wanna see his performance again!

EDIT: FYI, Oppa is not so thin that we saw we worried, and he is glowing, he seem happy, so ya, kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I am still not over last Saturday performance yet, to be honest, it supposed to be just a two hours FM, and he went beyond that! He giving us two and half hours, even he was so tired, as Singapore is so hot and humid, from -3 to -7 deg C Seoul to +26 to +28 deg C Singapore, its a 30 deg c jump, yet, he never give us lesser of his energy, to me, he had given us more den he could, I really really very thankful to him, he went beyond awesome, even he is such a tease for "For You", I tot he wasnt going to sing it already, and I start to hate the Singapore song he prepare for us as a Singaporean, yet, when I heard "For you" music playing...I almost tear! Really! I am not joking! and I had screamed and sang the loudest, he didnt prepare our heart for "For You", he just bam and give us that song, OPPA, thanks for that....you never fail us at all, never once! Those who are with my broadcast and chatting with me on Line, know how excited, how crazy I went, and how loud I screamed! And again! HE POSTED "FOR YOU" IN HIS IG!! Do you know how much it mean to us, especially to me! He seem like encouraging us to keep on shipping, and adding fuel to our ship! Keep us going, everytime we tot they were so so quiet, our waiting game started, and yet, he always drop us encouragement or I call it crumbs to keep us going, he is the one who keep feeding us! I got so excited till I typo in his IG, thanks god @NerinaC had alert me about that typo, and I corrected it to save some sane in me!

I decide to remain in the ship because I can see that JG genuinely cherishes JE which she seems to be very grateful for it; in addition after her breakup I can safely pray for Fate and Probability to cross in their romantic paths.

JG said in the very recent interview with the Straits Times that if he finds the one, he'll go for it. I trust him and he'll surely make his way towards this goal, however long it will take him. When JE said things about him with the confident face, that showed she knew him that much to be able to say things about him, I know there's a hope somewhere, so I'm holding on.

So please... if watching him doing his work (which includes being a romantic guy with other female costars) doesn't fit your taste, just don't do it. I would highly appreciate your being mindful for the originally JG (hardcore) fans like me staying in this ship who don't want to get the wrong idea when reading something like JG is too flirtatious, possibly being a player, cheating on JE and yadda yadda yadda while doing his work because he isn't that kind of 'cheap' person. He blew lots of kisses to his fans, teasing us so much until I don't know how to blush anymore for the rest of my life but all done genuinely professional... I know that he'll do the same for 'My Ear's Candy'. The only female costar he's been showing genuine cares sometimes even more than his fans is Lee Ji Eun to me. You can simply watch all his interactions with other ladies out there during his works or projects. He's been friendly and all but never taking it to a different level so far- exceeding slightly if not much of his professional boundaries- just like what he's done for JE. If she feels the same way towards him and he knows it, I am very certain he'll do something about it. After all, he wants to love and to be loved just like any normal person out there.

That's it, end of my small rants...

I'm still chanting my daily BBJX miracle as diligently as ever...

Even he might have romantic scenes with other actress (if his next project is romance comedy) or he's being sweet to his candy on MEC, I believe it won't change his feelings to JE. As I said before, JoonU is different with other OTP. I can see genuine love coming from them. They really look beautiful together, when they are together I can see there's love in the air.

Even with less crumbs coming from them, I will diligently keep chanting BBJX curse and sail with this ship. I believe one day, we can get good news coming from them ^^

anyway im a new fan of both JoonU equally, i am still on my learning process of getting to know them while also being a shipper. sometimes i had doubts and wonders too, my thoughts that it also could be JG who still confused abt his feelings and the recent interview of him made me even more worried because he said he couldn't seperates the feelings wheter its real or just being too deeply involved in the characters. 

but then i remember i believe on JoonU i have all my faith on them. i saw all their interactions all these time is nothing but genuine, beside i never been a shipper before so that aside speaks volume for myself. Besides JoonU are adults they will not behave like the way they are if they don't have genuine feelings towards each other. 

If JG is more in the bold move, i can say JE is more in the softer unseen way (idk how to put it) since she is a woman also sometimes Knetz are too harsh on her thats way i think she has to act more cautious. however the  way she behave towards JG lately really blew my mind this girl can't hide her feeling she letting her guard down and i can say she doesn't really care of what ppl might think. 

as fans we always have to support JoonU also in career wise no matter what projects they might take in the future, just believe it will not change their feeling towards each other. 

lastly like u i will keep positively and diligently chanting and praying for bbjx miracles to comes true.

Thank you @NoonaE I couldn't have put it better than you... especially those that I highlighted, you speak on behalf of Hanjunse that choose to board this ship as myself. MEC is a reality show and most reality show they are scripted, so to say that by taking this project JG is cheating on JE is sound so wrong. It is a job, a project nothing more nothing less.  So there will be big chance he will take another project in the future with love line or romance genre, n no you cant stop him for doing so, it is after all his job. He is an actor... 

 I am someone who always prefer to be a lurker... silent reader, I am not good in speaking out my mind and more over i am scared of those over obsessive fans that usually more than once speak through their selfishness than pure logic and mature state of mind. That's why i always choose to quietly lurk, when i finally choose to board this ship it was because I see that this ship is diff. This ship is not boarded with immaturity and selfishness. U do need to understand that before they are our idol/ famous actor/ the couple we ship on they are also people just like us. They have feelings, they have their own need and they have every right to decide whatever they want to do or who they want to be with. I am sorry if what I said might have been offending in someways... That is why I don't speak much, I am not really good in speaking my mind out. Let's be a mature shipper and keep supporting them whatever will happen in the future.

I came in to drop my 2 cents of tot on MEC. I had not backread yet, yet, I heard that lots of negative vibes in thread, so I tot, I should share something as well. I totally agree on the above chingu posts. Here is what I got to say, well, as usual, straight on attitude, those who were hurt on what I say below, I am not sorry, even it may sound harsh.

Guys, stargazers, really, you should be glad that it is MEC not WGM...it is just one candy, but not a series of lovely dovey. EVEN...I say even it is WGM, I will take it as well, why? Cause that is the project that oppa chose. I believe in oppa that, every project, program, variety show he chose, he did really think about it, it is his job we are talking about. So what? We are shipping them, they might already become a couple(I really hope so), then no no to love line? No no to romance genre? No no to skinship when job required? Is that how you love them? Who are we to decide their project for them? 

Hello, this is their job, their rice bowl we are talking about, love line, romance genre and skinship doesnt equal to cheating, if you really think that is cheating, I am sorry for been harsh, I see no different with those fans that we hated most, who doesnt allow Oppa to date. Why? Cause those are not respecting our OTP, our oppa choice, when we got so upset about MEC that oppa filmed, we are not respecting oppa choice too. 

Doesnt we love our OTP to the bit? Doesnt we respect them to the bit as well? As a true fan, I will support what my bias do, the project that my bias chose. As a shipper, I have completely faith in our ship. I doesnt start off as hajunse nor uaena, I started off as a shipper, a stargazers, and I am loving them to the bit, and I am respecting them as well.

Comeon stargazers, this is Joongi Oppa that we are talking about, the one who keep our ship going, the one who keep feeding us crumbs and cakes, when he give us crumbs and cakes, we went kyaaaa kyaaaaaaaaaa kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, and when he chose a project, shouldnt we give him our fullest support?

I don't know about you, but I will! Always! Believe in him, believe in them, and believe in our ship, and I will give my full support in whatever they chose.

thanks @NoonaE for giving ur two cents regarding oppa in variety show.. calling him flirty, cheating on ji eun and etc really show how immatured you are. he is entertainer guys,, entertainer! do u really expect him to just do nothing and wait for project linked to ji eun only ? seriously?? 

for me.. im so glad he did that show.. we can see many sides of him. not only me but also for fellow stargazer.. that show theme is focusing on having a friend that can share ur life and problems with. not really ur lover. as @NoonaE said, its JKS turns it to be like that. 

if having JG in MEC is troublesome, i expect u guys will keep doing the same if ji eun also had some romantic cf or whatsoever. keep the faith and the chanting. no need to be worried too much. if u guys want to watch then watch and support. if not then dont. stop being immature and childish like JGxJE is not entertainers. being a shipper.. u need to expect at least something like this to strengthen our faith and believe in them.
