Got DJ on the phone but he seems to far to get on time...think he ask her to hold on the patient till he arives...Do's son presures her...she decides

NOW BACK AT RESTAURANT THE JERK OFFERED DJ A DEAL ,WARNED HIM ABOUT TK AGAIN AND TOLD HIM TO THINK WELL ...DJ CALLED SJ...SHE TOLD HIM ABOUT EMERGENCY ...DJ TOLD HER SHE SHOULD DO IT...THERE IS NOT HIM OR TK...SHE WOULD LET THAT MAN DIE HE ASKED

YOUNG DO INSISTS WITH HIS QUESTION;AREN'T YOU A DOCTOR ...CRAZY WHALE IS BACK ...SHE ASKED YOUNG DO HELP...BOTH TRYING TO SAVE THE MAN

Nurse Park makes the patient who was fed sign some papers. SJ walks on him asking who were the irate patients shouting at Nurse OH. SJ starts intervening but nurse Oh steps in to protect her. The patient gets more angry and shoves nurse Oh, looks like he insulted her. Nurse Oh shoves the phone on his face and starts again with her ear splitting shrill. That effectively shuts the patient. SJ volunteers to dial the number for the patient. Lol. But the guy was evicted from the ER lol. 

Nurse Oh drinks coffee and SJ massages her back. They are looking for DJ and TK. They begin dialing their numbers. 

We see DJ having a meal with Dr. Song and IS and they seem to bringing DJ in the loop with their CEO agenda. Dr. Song begins to thrash TK's image calling him a psychopath. 

TK is cutting meat angrily, Dr. Nam looks on. TK remembers his conversation with the CEO and he begins to get mad as he pounds on the meat harder. The assistant of the CEO follows TK?

At the hospital team preparing for surgery...DJ calling SJ...nurse asked to put him on speakers...he heard Do's son is there too

TK THINKING...DOCTOR DO CAME TO VISIT CHAIRMAN...OLD MAN IS GIVING HIM A ENVELOPE ...IS ABOUT WHAT DR KIM ASKED TO DO HIS SURGERY...THINGS HE NEEDED...MANAGER PARK AND SEOL DOCTORS DRINKING...THEIR HAPPY MOMENT IS RUINED BY EVIL DO HE CALLED DOCTOR SONG ANGRY AFTER THE MEETING WITH CHAIRMAN

@angel2013 agree with your contrast between DJ and SJ regarding how she's composed and she has her own way of learning. Generally I do think she has a much more positive attitude and more willing to learn compared to DJ. I've been personally trying to find things to admire about DJ, so that I can connect more with his character and in this episode, I finally found it and that's his persistence in questioning, although that can also be interpreted as stubbornness. Thinking back again, I'm not sure whether DJ actually did learn anything from Master Kim or he was just insistent that Master Kim is too harsh on him. SJ's conversation with him over a can of coffee would certainly have helped to put things in perspective. 

@fikachuuu thanks for highlighting DJ and SJ's different perspectives on the surgery. I hadn't noticed that.

@drmjs agreed that DJ needs someone like TK to really break his pride and make him realise that it's all about patients' lives and not about his own career advancement or his own success. watching TK really reminds me of harsh bosses i've faced too; when thinking about the implications of being slipshod on peoples' lives, then really the harshness and ridicule is nothing. But one has to have a really thick-skin to survive through this and emerge a better professional.

ON HIS WAY BACK DJ FOUND A PATIENT...PREVIEW SCENE HE IS TRYING TO HELP...BACK TO HOSPITAL DR DO SAID THE MAN WILL DIE...HE NEED SURGERY RIGHT NOW ...SJ GOES IN OP ROOM...ASKED THE OTHER DOCTOR HELP ...SURGERY IS ABOUT TO START...DJ CALLED HER ...HE TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED...ASKED HER WHO WILL DO THE SURGERY...DOCTOR DO?HE IS NOT LOOKING TOO HAPPY ...DJ IS TRYING TO HELP HIS PATIENT...THE MAN WIFE IS CRYING

At the ER, SJ and the staff are still wondering where the two doctors were. Suddenly IB bursts in and brings in an unconscious man, the taxi driver? SJ attends to the patient after IB briefs her but she suddenly stops because she remembered TK's orders. 

DJ leaves the lunch with his sunbaes seemingly uninterested. 

He suddenly gets a call from SJ asking where he was. SJ frantically asks him to come back, DJ also tells her to stand down. SJ needed to make a decision. She decided to work on the patient. She asks IB to help her out with resuscitation, SJ starts barking out orders. They were able to revive the patient, ultrasound reveals a GB empayema, a severely infected gallbladder. IB is astounded at her swiftness. 

TK is talking to the CEO's assistant. Then we see president Do present the CEO again with a list of eligible doctors for his surgery. Looks like TK backed out, but the CEO remains unconvinced.

Kim got back...DJ with ambulance and a patient as well...that starving girl was looking for DJ 

Kim is not to happy with DJ outside OR and young Do and SJ inside...

Kim and Do finally meet after they get out of OR...

Hope SJ won't take all the blame infront of Kim...ididn't want Kim to offence her infront of that guy but seems he did ..she gets back at him but is sorry once Kim goes out

TK IS BACK TO HOSPITAL...DJ IS ALSO BACK WITH THAT MAN ...SEEING DJ OUT ASKED HIM WHO IS IN THAT ROOM...IS NOT HAPPY...HE WENT IN...WATCHING THE SURGERY ...DR DO IS DOING A GREAT JOB...SJ AND THE TEAM ARE HELPING ...DO AND HIS EVIL TEAM ARRIVED DO ASKED SONG IF HE DRUNK ...DJ IS WATCHING SJ WORRIED

I'm actually quite impressed with young Do's surgical skills and his calmness. 

And there they meet again TK and Dir Do then with SJ and Young Do.

So that's why Dir Do slapped his son?

TK TOLD THEM TO LEAVE HE IS VERY UPSET WITH SJ...NOW SJ IS TRYING TO EXPLAIN TK ...FINALLY TOLD HIM SHE DID IT BECAUSE SHE IS A DOCTOR

Manager Jang is now with the doctors. Is he on some reconisance mission? He seems to be listening to Dr. song's convo with an irate president Do. It seems like he was unable to convince the CEO. 

Meanwhile, DJ is on his way by cab, suddenly the cab stops as a woman begs for help. We see a tractor pinning down an injured man. 

SJ is waiting for DJ to arrive but it seemed like he was delayed. IB is now asked to perform the surgery. In the or, they receive a call from DJ informing them of the emergency. DJ learns that IB stepped in, he looked concerned. IB assisted by SJ perform a laparoscopic  procedure on the patient. 

We see DJ in an ambulance attending to the injured guy. 

We also see TK enter the hospital. He turns around as he hears the ambulance approaching. DJ rushes to the OR and sees TK getting prepped. TK wonders who was performing the surgery. TK goes in and sees IB, he asks who he was. He tells him I'm DIB. SJ is assisting, TK looks on. It's getting dicey.
