The scene between Jay and Namtarn doesn't exist in the novel. The scene with Arthit and Namtarn doesn't exist either. But I can't say it's all bad fillers, because it gave us more details about Arthit. Plus I'm sure Khun Ploy okay'ed these additional scenes.

Oh, and I don't live in Thailand... to people who want to go to Thailand to meet me. LOL! I live in the US.

Here's a snapshot of the performance monitor on my computer - I have it showing the % Processor Time for each of the 12 cores. Every one of them is being used, so at least the program is multi-threaded. My guess is HandBrake does encoding more efficiently.

Until we get the kinks worked out with HandBrake, at least we have a backup!

Just wanted to say, Thank you very much for all your hard work, may you be blessed. What you were talking about looks like you're talking in a foreign language coz I don't understand a thing. LOL. HandBrake reminded me of the car handbrake.

We have casinos here too.. and I do visit them often, but it's not as fun as Vegas. I admit... I do go crazy when I'm down there. I've met a few Thai celebs down there too. I've also met some American celebs too.  I won't name any names... since they like their privacy too. We had fun though. This one Thai celeb guy was sitting at my 3 card poker table and he was speaking Thai to the dealer who was Thai and they didn't catch on that I spoke Thai until it was like 2 hours into the game when the pit boss came over to say hi to me because he remembers me by name and told the dealer to take care of me because I was Thai... OMG! The shock on their faces.

@baw74 is so wonderful and downloading Xvid and also doing another handbrake encoding just to get the subs right.. Hopefully we get this straightened out.

If you go to Las Vegas often, then you must be very lucky with the numbers. (Now, I'm remembering CSI:Vegas, for no reason. LOL.) Wow, special treatment by the pit boss, you must be a star yourself, to get such special treatment.

I do get special treatments down there. I get free limo rides to and from the airport/hotel. They usually have a glass of wine/champagne ready for me in the VIP lounge when I arrive. It's sad. My  rooms are free of charge, but I'm sure I gamble enough to pay for it a couple of times over. 

Vdara isn't at the top of my list right now. I lost 10 hands in a row at their blackjack table. How is that possible?

We got it fixed!!! Well, @baw74 did. So please thank him for working hard on the encoding. If he didn't encode for me you would need to wait another 5-6 hours for this! LOL! So, after 3-4 tries of editing and encoding issues, it's ready!!!! I'm sure the next episode will be released faster since Baw now knows what I like. Thanks for understand!!!!! And thanks for being so patient!!!

I agree with you Jay. I think they're becoming more aware of how International fans can contribute to their industry and doing everything they can. I LOVE that pic of Arthit although the subject matter had a totally different impact on my head. LOL.

I agree with what you said and about Thai people, The few Thai that I knew are very easy going and very nice. But alas, they're not into BL.

 

 

I agree with you with everything you've said. I just wish that the editor took some time and effort, to at least find out about the subject matter of what he/she was going to edit, just to know which scenes are pivotal to the episodes. I'm very disappointed in the editor. But, all in all I'm generally happy with the episode.

I feel for both Arthit and Kong. Arthirt like Knot, has never been in a relationship with a girl, let alone with someone of the same gender and in an Asian culture like ours no less, with all the social taboos and lack of acceptance of such relationships, I'm sure he's finding it harder to cope. It's not easy to be brave and go all out for any relationship, let alone something like theirs.

I LOVE Sotus because of this natural, realistic and and slow pace which is different from other BL series.  I love the characters Bittersweet has created with her imagination. They're lovable and relatable to all of us no matter which country or culture we originated from, as evidenced by the huge number of International fans. I can imagine their story happening in real life. Hence, I'm very grateful to Bittersweet, the Director and Producers for bringing these characters to life in a TV series so that we can enjoy them.

I'm very happy with the way the story is progressing as well, I'm not saying it's perfect, there's room for improvement but it's more than acceptable. If it were like most BL series, in the last episode Kong would have forced Arthit to like him and physically and sexually assaulted him and called it love, which is not true in real life, whether you look at it from legal, social or psychological point of view.

These are the reasons why I love this series. I know we're frustrated sometimes when our expectations are not met and we're so into it that we live and breath for Sotus to the extent that we don't know what we're going to do or how our life will be after the series ends. I think when we're this invested and feel this passionately about something we can easily get frustrated and angry. I think, sometimes it's good to take a step back and let it be before we give in to our emotions and do or say something that we regret and can't take back. That's why I went to sleep last night after watching the episode rather than let it percolate in my brain and get frustrated with the editing. It's not the end of the world, coz there's no Zombie Apocalypse happening. Right?

That's my humble opinion anyway.

 

Yes Arthit, you're not ready to face your feelings for Kong but at the same time you don't want Joy cutting in either. Please get in touch with your feelings soon, poor Kong and been crying and I see you suffering too. @delightful in the novel, did Bittersweet wrote about the Anniversary scene between Namtarn and Jay?

 

Dee, looking at this is a torture coz I laugh so hard and so long. Pink Milk.    Now, every time I look at it in a post here, saw someone drink it in my daily life or heard someone talking about it, I find it hilarious. One of my favourite drinks, destroyed forever.  *cryingariveroftears*

I also can't wait for Puppy Honey 2 - i hope that the BL story line will have a good ending. I love diary of tootsies because of the main character, he reminds me of Suho of EXO
