GOT7′s Junior Cast in First Movie

GOT7′s Junior has been cast in his first movie, “Nunbal” (Flurry of Snow).

On December 21, a representative stated that “GOT7′s Junior has been cast in the new movie ‘Nunbal.’ We are currently planning the first filming.”

The movie will be produced by the Myung Films, who has produced other movies such as “Architecture 101,” “Cart,” “Joint Security Area,” and “Forever the Moment.”

The movie “Nunbal” will focus on the story of two small-town middle school students, a boy and his classmate, a girl who is bullied; and will tackle the topic of school violence. The film is set to begin production in December.

GOT7's Junior and rookie actress Ji Woo cast as leads in upcoming movie 'Snowflakes'

GOT7's Junior and rookie actress Ji Woo have been cast as the leads of the upcoming movie 'Snowflakes' by director Jo Jae Min.

Junior will play a high school student who transfers to a school in a rural village of the Gyeongsang Province, while Ji woo is set to play the role of a girl in his class. 'Snowflakes' will tackle the heartache of young love as well as school bullying. 

Fans of Junior may remember his acting chops from dramas like 'Dream High 2' and 'When a Man Loves'. Actress Ji Woo has previously acted in the movies 'Cart', 'Fists of Legend', and 'Villain and Widow'.

'Snowflakes' is set to start filming on January 1, 2016.

GOT7's Junior turns into a student for 'Snowflake'

GOT7's Junior is set to make his big screen debut in the first half of this year!

We've gotten ahold of pictures of the idol star on set of his new movie 'Snowflakes'. Taking on the role of Minsik, Junior will be acting opposite rookie actress Ji Woo for the movie.

The director is said to have complimented Junior, stating, "Although he isn't completely familiar with acting, he's beginning to understand the different merits and charms of the occupation. He came well prepared on set; on the first day of shooting, he shot five questions at me in rapid succession. It must have been a sign of his preparation and dedication."

Junior previously had roles in 'Dream High 2', 'Dream Knight', and 'When a man loves', so expectations are high for this breakout role.

GOT7's Junior whisks actress Jiwoo away!

It has been revealed that Junior will be taking on the role of protector in his movie with actress Ji Woo in 'Snowflakes'.

Junior will play the role of Minsik, who chooses to protect Ye Ju from being witch hunted.
It's said that during the last day of shooting, Minsik whisked Ye Ju away to a church run by his parents in order to shield her from the preying eyes of the town.

Expectations are especially high for this film as Ye Ju is said to be an outcast of the town, a role that is sure to draw attention.

Junior is said to have been sad to part with the director and actress, stating, "It seems like just yesterday that we had our first table read. I'm grateful that this was my first picture on the big screen."

Posters for GOT7′s Junior’s First Movie Reveal Warmth Amidst the Snow

Teaser posters have been released for GOT7 Junior’s debut movie, “Nunbal” (“Snowflake” in Korean).

“Nunbal” is the story of a boy, Min Sik, who transfers to a small village in Gyeongnam and falls for a girl in his class, Yeju (played by Ji Woo).

The film will have its world premiere at the 17th Jeonju International Film Festival as a part of the “Jeonju Cinema Project 2016.” The film is receiving a lot of interest, with tickets for all showings already sold out, including those for the premiere.

In anticipation of its premiere at the Film Festival, two posters have been revealed. In the posters you can see the images of the young boy Min Sik and young girl Yeju. Although the atmosphere in the images is chilly, set in Gyeongnam’s cold winter mountain landscape, you can still feel the warmth in the hearts of Min Sik and Yeju.

“Nunbal” is expected to open in theaters this winter.

Thanks @adikkeluangman  It really baffles me how the titles means something totally opposite how dose a stray goat equals to snow flurry's SMH LOL  Looking at your other still I see snow so mu guess is he's the goat well let's see who will be lead a stray
