I love this episode....especially SiSo's body language and interaction.

Yes, Si Yang was talking about the incident at SMA, not about the lost bracelet in particular. He asked  SoYeon to explain why she did not wear to the SMA....that he had a hurt score to settle too....lol..I love how So Yeon apologized sincerely and smiled to ease the bickering and I think she's the type to make peace to diffuse a tense situation which suits Si Yang's personality well.

In the coach ride, Si Yang's eyes teared and So Yeon wondered why and passed him the cotton bud. Si Yang commented that perhaps he missed her and So Yeon jokingly said that he could look at her pic thus bringing up the 'lost' photo again....lol...Si Yang replied that he's watching over her bracelet...

Din Din and panelists agreed that the small bickering gives their relationship a more realistic touch and that their relationship must be very good. When they leaned on each other's head, Din Din said that he just knew they would that.

When Si Yang bit/kissed So Yeon's hand, the new female panelist wondered if Si Yang really likes So Yeon a lot.....  while the other female panelist was asking what they were doing and asked if he bit SoYeon's hand.....lol....

I think from the translated words, So Yeon felt apologetic and wondered if Si Yang woke up due to her noise from pulling the blind and Si Yang shook his head.....not looking fully awake though...

SiSo couple is really so adorable and sweet. Their natural loving gestures with each other all point towards both having some feelings for each other and it all depends on their follow up after WGM. I hope to see an episode on how they celebrate Valentine's Day together.

I really enjoy the sweet and happy vibes coming from them. 

Btw, Happy Valentine's Day to all Berries here. May we all have beautiful moments with our loved ones and I hope all of us will have sweet tooth from overdose of SiSo couple's love and warmth. My other wish is for MBC to give them more air time in future. It's just too short for the recent episodes. I also wish for SiSo couple to find true love along their WGM journey with each other.

On February 13’s episode of “We Got Married,” virtual couple Kwak Si Yang and Kim So Yeon cozy up to get some rest together as they go on a spontaneous trip.

While they’re on the bus to Dangjin in South Chungcheong province, the pair happily talk about the trips they used to take as kids. However, Kwak Si Yang says he’s tired because he had to get up early. “Shall we take a nap for a bit?” he asks Kim So Yeon cutely.

In reply, she pats his arm and says, “Sleep well.”

Kwak Si Yang says she should sleep too, and adds, “I’ll lend you my shoulder.” The pair then cuddle up together to take a nap.

Hey guys! Just wanted to say that the recap will be up in maybe around 5 hours? I have to get some homework done today first before I can reward myself with watching the episode (like it's seriously my reward for finishing all that I need to get done today  (we're having a surprise birthday party for my roommate tomorrow and I probably won't have time to complete all this homework haha))

But it seems like it'll be an interesting episode based on everyone's comments and I'm looking forward to watching it!

Yes, Joy told Sungjae that while they always bicker, she felt that the WGM couples' interaction at the MBC Awards show gave her a fresh perspective cos she was very surprised when she saw the way Kwak Si Yang looked at his wife - his eyes were full of  sweetness/love (loving glances).

This sure made my Valentine's Day sweet already....

It means that it's not only we berries who are observing all the sweet moments. Those present around our SiSo couple are sucked into their sweetness too and cannot help envying this beautiful couple. Told you the aura around SiSo is magical.....

Awwwww... I just want to say that the hand-biting scene will be the death of me.     I felt like I'm gonna have a sore thumb because of pressing the replay button during that specific scene. It was so natural  of Siyang to do that, and too sweet for me to handle! 

Chinggu @jl08,I also love Joy's observation on our couple too. Even the PD can't help but comment on how lovey dovey they are. It made my heart melt when I once again saw how  our handsome cutiepie Siyang lovingly looked at our goddess (a glimpse of our couple's MBC Awards interaction during SungJoy's part).

 It is sad what she - and many others - go through when anti-fans bare their teeth.  Makes me want to bare mine.  Call me an anti-anti-fan.  Does that make me as bad as them?  

Anyway, thanks to the translations that were shared, I figured about when she was talking about that on the bus, but I was wondering what made Si Yang smile and look so satisfied during that conversation.  You know, the same look he gave at the bookstore when she had him guess what perfume she was wearing (her birthday gift from him).  It's what you said.  She shared also what WGM and Si Yang provided her (in contrast to the junk she's been through).  No wonder he was happy.  She gave him and WGM credit for the happiness she's enjoying now.  I would smile, too.

so back.. I am so in love with this episode.. I feel like i am looking and eavesdropping at a lovers date... They are so natural and that is so true.. They don't really have to say a lot but the small things makes it more sincere.. I love how they share their food without it being so obvious like the noodles soyeon is eating is definitely siyang, love how siyang feed her orange and she didn't have to do it for him... I love how give and tAke their relationship is... I watch closely when siyang realize he lost the photo that he swallowed really hard. I think he didn't know that he lost that photo... I love how they can easily tease each other, their level of comfort is of different level.. Though i didn't understand about soyeons food preference but siyang said something about her age hahahahahahha... I love how they can just be natural with their skinship, it was not force i mean for me if soyeon was the one who remove the thing from siyangs eye it would not seem natural but for siyang to remove it and soyeon automatically want to take the trash is more couply like and i love how siyangs hand is always looking for that pair to hold on too... Love it... Love how natural and sincere they are... Omgosh... I cant tell you how much i love this episode.. This couple really reach a new level of comfort that even viewers can smell, taste the sincerity and honesty in their gazes...

I really enjoyed this episode, and probably will next week. There's just something about games of chances that I love, probably the unpredictability. I also liked their sort of mini-argument. It's probably just refreshing to see that compared to the lovey-doveyness that they always have haha.

We start today’s episode in a freezing Seoul at a -12 degrees Celsius. It’s 7:00AM and we’re at the Seoul Bus Terminal. Si Yang and So Yeon arrive with their selfie stick as they wonder what they’re doing there. Si Yang asks if, because it is their first vacation since they got married, it’s considered their honeymoon. So Yeon immediately becomes frozen at that statement and the captions say that this isn’t the type of honeymoon So Yeon imagined.

 

The two get a red mission card where they read that their trip is going to be one based on games of chances, that even what they’re going to do is going to be done spontaneously through random games of chances. It just so happens, as mentioned on the red card, that it was one of Si Yang’s fantasy things he wanted to do and we see footage of that from the pre-marriage interview. He makes up a situation where the couple wants to go different places at the bus terminal and to decide where they’re going to go, they play rock paper scissors and go with whoever wins, even mentioning other things.

 

The mission card also tells them that to start off, they’re going to spin the roulette wheel. Si Yang bursts out laughing and So Yeon is in disbelief when the roulette wheel enters. Si Yang immediately falls to his knees as he expresses that the destinations are too far away.

 

So Yeon admires the fact that they actually made a roulette wheel while Si Yang says that they can’t land on the red areas because they’re going to be too far away. For those of you that wish to know, the red areas are in the Gyeongsang Province, the orange areas are the Chungcheong Province, the yellow areas are the Gangwon Province, green are in Gyeonggi Province, and blue are in the Jeollado Province.

 

The show then shows us that for Busan, to take the bus, it takes around 4 hours and 20 minutes to get there. For Tongyeong, it takes around 4 hours and 10 minutes. The captions also tell us that if they were to get those options, they would be on the bus, for a round trip, for a total of around nine hours.

 

Before they spin the wheel, Si Yang tells So Yeon to choose, asking her where she wants to go. She picks Yongin, which is around a short hour and a half away by bus. She also picks Chuncheon, which is around two hours. Si Yang also points out Cheonan, which is also an hour and a half away, is good as well. They continue to pick the places that are close.

 

In her BRI, So Yeon says that it was really cold that day and she thought that it would be fun to go to the sauna with her husband, since it’s a warm place. In his BRI, Si Yang scolds himself and wonders why he said such words. He says that it is something he wants to try, but the weather is cold, so he was worried about what they would do if they ended up going to a farther place.

 

Back in front of the wheel Si Yang suggests that they have a practice run and they spin the wheel. It ends up landing on Busan. Everyone is equally shocked at the result. They do another practice run in the different direction and end up getting Geongju, which is also in the Gyeongsan Province. Si Yang suggests that they play rock paper scissors and that the loser will spin the wheel, thus taking full responsibility for where they end up going.

 

Si Yang says that they should just do one round but So Yeon objects and says that they should do it the best out of three, which Si Yang eventually agrees to. In the first round So Yeon wins, her scissors beating out Si Yang’s paper. Second round, Si Yang wins with the same previous hand in reverse. So Yeon wins the third round, with the same hand as the first and that means that she ultimately won the game because she won twice. They just did the same hand all three times, scissors and paper.

 

Si Yang starts off by apologizing to everyone for where the wheel will land and he hopes that it’ll land somewhere close. He takes a deep breath and turns it with So Yeon counting off. He immediately can’t bear to watch the wheel as it turns and the show goes back to their first two practice attempts that landed on faraway places.

 

Their actual spin lands between two places, Sangju, in the Gyeongsan Province or Dangjin, in the Chungcheong Province. The show tells us that it takes around 2 hours and 40 minutes to get to Sangju while it takes an 1 hour and 40 minutes to get to Dangjin. The wheel ultimately lands on Dangjin, with the MCs commenting that that isn’t that bad. The show also shows us that the production team was also hoping that it ended with Dangjin.

 

So Yeon wonders where Dangjin is and Si Yang searches to see what’s there, neither that familiar with the place. Si Yang gets down on his knees and So Yeon tries to cheer him up by saying that she likes Dangjin, even saying that the name is pretty. She makes a pun then with the name Dangjin and one of the words for ‘you’ which is ‘dangshin.’

 

In his BRI, Si Yang says that it was a problem and wondered what he should do since he knows nothing about the place. He continues by saying that his wife should enjoy it and wonders if he could make it enjoyable. So Yeon, during hers, says that she was a bit flustered since it was a name she didn’t know and says that if it was a trip she went on by herself and that happened, she would’ve been confused and her mind would’ve been in a jumble. But since her husband was by her side, who is reliable, it was okay.

 

So Yeon says that they should get the wheel away and begins to kick it while Si Yang spins it again. It ends up going to a similarly far place and he resolves that they should just head to Dangjin.

 

They buy the bus tickets and go somewhere to eat breakfast. They decide to look up information on Dangjin. They find out that the Seohae Bridge is there as well as pastures and the ocean. They also discover the current temperature, which is -8 degrees Celsius. Park Mi Sun says that as it gets colder, they can stick closer together and DinDin says that they can be inside when it’s cold.

 

Their food arrives and So Yeon begins to talk about how she shot a summer pictorial outside the previous day. Si Yang mentions that it was with Lee Sang Woo, which So Yeon confirms and brings up talk about her drama. She begins to say ‘us two’ when Si Yang chimes in and points out her usage of the word ‘us.’

 

So Yeon then starts to stutter as she rephrases to address Lee Sang Woo by name, calling him Lee Sang Woo-oppa-nim. She continues to explain their roles in the drama saying that they have a love that couldn’t be fulfilled. Si Yang tells her that he hates that even more, but So Yeon is just happy and jokes around as she talks about the affection level.

 

She then suddenly tells him that she’s thankful and brings up Yoon Da Hoon, who also stars with her in the drama, told her that Si Yang said to treat her well. Si Yang says that he asked him to treat her well and So Yeon thanks him again for that saying that she was touched.

 

In her BRI, So Yeon says that Hyo Seop, who is a One O One member and Si Yang’s roommate, is also in the drama and that while they were at a drama dinner, he came over and said that Si Yang said to give her something, which turns out to be a drink for hangovers. She said that her face became red at that but it was really reassuring and that she’s thankful towards her husband.

 

Si Yang, in his BRI, says that there are a lot of sunbaes that he worked together with before who are in So Yeon’s drama so it feels like he has spies there. He says that because they’re going to film together, the people that he knows and So Yeon, he can ask them to let him know when things happen and therefore keep an eye on her.

 

Back as they’re eating breakfast, So Yeon asks if Si Yang likes the wallet she gave him for his birthday. He tells her that of course he does and So Yeon wonders if the picture is doing well there. Si Yang begins to fumble with the wallet as he searches for the picture and So Yeon wonders if it’s not there. We see footage of his birthday party with the picture and at the restaurant, So Yeon keeps asking if it’s not there.

 

Si Yang tells her to wait while he searches more and So Yeon tells him that she’s not going to go to Dangjin. She’s still asking about the picture that Si Yang can’t find and wonders why it’s no longer in his wallet, asking him. Si Yang tries to come up with a reason but is at a loss for words.

 

In her BRI, So Yeon says that the wallet isn’t one with a zipper, as in to like hold things, and the picture fell out of it. She says that she wanted to see how long he wouldn’t know about the picture and secretly took care of the picture. On the other hand, Si Yang says that he’s really sorry and it felt like he committed a major crime, even saying that he’ll take better care of things in the future.

 

Si Yang begins to explain the reasons as to why the picture could’ve fallen out as he says that it could’ve fallen out when he took out his cards. So Yeon tells him that she’s upset before telling him that she has it. She repeats that she’s upset and when Si Yang finally understands, he begins to start talking about how she’s upset and how he can say the same thing, asking what she’s going to do regarding the bracelet situation. That’s when So Yeon points out that the scarf fell on the floor.

 

Si Yang picks it up while asking about the bracelets while So Yeon asks him if he knows how hard she worked on the scarf for it to fall on the ground. Si Yang continues by saying that they were at a formal event and asks where her bracelet went. So Yeon says that she forgot it and we see a picture from the music awards that shows us that she forgot to wear her bracelet.

 

Si Yang tells So Yeon that she’s amazing as So Yeon tries to say something. She ends with telling him that she’ll give him the picture later. She then explains that she put on lotion and forgot to put her bracelet back on, apologizing to him. Si Yang says that they should leave and they begin to put on their jackets. So Yeon tells him that she’ll give him the picture and asks that he doesn’t lose it again. Si Yang’s only half paying attention as he does his own background music at the appearance of another red mission card.

 

This red card has 10,000 won in it as the card tells them to use it for snacks, but in order to get the snacks, they have to do the unanimous game, the game that they’re not so good at. They can only get the snacks that they win, by saying the same thing at the same time. There’s also another rule that says that they can’t say a snack more than once.

 

Si Yang asks her if there’s something she wants to eat and So Yeon says she is. Si Yang wonders if it’s what he’s thinking of and So Yeon says it is. They go to say it at the same time and they succeed, it was a latte. So Yeon is then giving hints for another one as she says sesame seeds go into it and acts out that it’s hot, emphasis on the ‘ho.’ The MCs guess that it’s hoppang, which is a warm steamed bun that’s normally eaten during winter.

 

So Yeon wonders if Si Yang knows and says that they should just try because she’s curious about what he’s thinking of. They go to say it at the same time but it’s not the same. Si Yang guesses she was thinking of a walnut cake as So Yeon says hotteok, which is a sweet kind of stuffed Korean pancake, also eaten during the winter season.

 

Si Yang wonders if hotteok has sesame seeds wondering why there would be sesame seeds. So Yeon doesn’t know what to say, having believed there were, and Si Yang asks her what neighborhood she eats them in. She asks if one part of it was sesame seeds, but the captions tell us that she’s thinking of the brown sugar. Si Yang sighs when he realizes what she’s talking about and jokingly says that she must’ve lived incorrectly for 37 years. So Yeon wonders why he’s saying that and says that she can’t go to Dangjin.

 

Si Yang also says that he has something he wants to eat and says that it’s the color of So Yeon’s eyes and So Yeon wonders if it’s dark and clear. Si Yang continues by saying that it’s sweet and So Yeon tries to think of what it is. Si Yang suddenly counts down and says chocolate and So Yeon is unable to say anything at the same time. They figure that they should go buy the coffee first and Si Yang says that he feels like they’ll need it.

 

As they go to the store, the clock tells us that it’s not even 8AM yet. They go to buy the coffee and go to play the game again, but they say different things. Si Yang says octopus and So Yeon says milk chocolate. They try again, and with So Yeon’s hint, they get a potato snack. They do one final one and obtain tangerines, since they also succeed that.

 

They have time left until their bus leaves for Dangjin, it leaves at 8:30, and they eat some of their snacks. So Yeon says that she’s excited because they’re going on a trip and Si Yang is also excited as well since they’re actually going. They pull out the camera and Si Yang tells So Yeon to say something. She promises the camera that she’ll listen to Si Yang’s words well and they’ll have a happy trip.

 

It’s finally time to board the bus and they find their seats. Si Yang buckles So Yeon’s belt for her and when they head off, she asks him if he’s ever gone on a bus trip before, just like taking the bus like they’re doing instead of driving. He says that of course he has, but it’s the first for So Yeon, to ride the kind of bus they’re going on to go on a trip. She has ridden a train before to go on a trip, however and mentions a train that dates her. DinDin doesn’t even know what it is, the captions say that it was around the year 2000.

 

Si Yang says that she would’ve been famous at the time of her trip back then and So Yeon says that it was around the time she filmed the movie ‘Change,’ which puts it at around the year 1997. She says that she was many times when she was an MC with H.O.T and that the fans went crazy where she became practically enemy number one. So Yeon then says that had a duet stage with Jo Jang Hyuk and that as soon as she went on, they chanted for her to get off.

 

So Yeon says that because she was so young, it really hurt her. In the end, she left her mother a letter apologizing and telling her that she’ll be going out with her friends and ended up on her first adventure on the train. Si Yang says that it must’ve been hard on her ever since was younger and So Yeon says that now, with WGM and meeting Si Yang, it feels like she’s been rewarded. She says that she lived while holding things in, hiding, and being careful, but while doing WGM, they can do things like holding hands in front of a lot of people and she likes that.

 

In his BRI Si Yang says that he realized that So Yeon must not have a lot of memories and thought that he should slowly fill future memories for her. So Yeon, in hers, says that from her debut until now, a relationship was something scary, that it would be really critical and mentions that even when she meets girlfriends and they go a café, it’s a habit to sit in a corner seat. But since starting WGM, she’s received love and support from people who watch and is thankful and that it feels like she’s being rewarded from the days where she had to carefully live. She says that she’s so thankful to WGM she could die.

 

Another red mission card makes its appearance as So Yeon tells Si Yang that they’re having plenty of missions. This mission card, with the written destination in, tells them to receive recommendations by asking, through social media, what tourist destination they definitely have to see in Dangjin. The first six places will be taken and they’ll roll a dice to see where they’re going to go and that the dice will determine their schedule.

 

So Yeon is happy with the mission as she compliments WGM saying that they did well. The two take a picture. So Yeon tells Si Yang that he came out well and ends up saying that he looks like a dog before she corrects herself to say puppy. Si Yang upload the picture onto his Instagram and the two are deciding on hashtags. So Yeon suggests that they hashtag ‘kitty’ and ‘puppy.’

 

The two look at the comments as they’re posted but there have only been two suggestions so far, an art gallery and Dobido Eco Village. The rest are complimenting the couple, to which So Yeon thanks. They get a third recommendation of Waemok Village, which is a sunrise spot. So Yeon says that there’s a chance the people commenting don’t know anything about Dangjin, too, but still expresses her enjoyment over the trip saying that it’s fun and interesting. They finally get six spots for the dice, Waemok Village, Dobido Eco Village, an art gallery, a café, and an amusement park.. They continue their research on Dangjin as they find more out about the pastures, beach, camping grounds, and amusement park.

 

So Yeon tells Si Yang that she hasn’t gone on as many trips as she thought and that she can go on one because of filming. Si Yang tells her that when he was younger his father took him on some trips. So Yeon says she went mountain climbing with her father frequently and ate things like pupa. Si Yang tells her that he ate godong, which is like a shell thing I believe. So Yeon says she ate that and even brings up eating flowers. Si Yang immediately knows what she’s talking about and chuckles as So Yeon attempts to figure out the name. An internet search brings her to the right name of salvia.

 

Si Yang says that there were a lot of those types of flowers on the street when he was a kid and So Yeon says for her as well and realizes that she might be dating herself again. Si Yang says that they have a lot of the same memories of things and So Yeon tells him that it’s a relief. Park Mi Sun jokes that they ate ants and whatnot in the past and the other female MC agrees.

 

Si Yang brings up the fact that they arrived early that morning and suggests that they take a nap for a short while. So Yeon tells him to sleep and Si Yang tells her that he’ll give her his shoulder since she didn’t sleep much. She tells him to sleep and interlocks arms with him. Si Yang says that he can’t fall asleep now and wonders why he’s tearing up when he closes his eyes. So Yeon wonders if she should give him a cotton swab but he says that it’s fine and that it must be because he missed her so much. So Yeon jokingly brings up the picture again saying that if he missed her, she thought he would look at the picture. Si Yang retorts that he was waiting to see the bracelet. So Yeon then brings out the swab and pretends to stab Si Yang in the eye with it.

 

So Yeon tries to take the swab back but Si Yang holds onto it and tells her to hold his hand. She gives up in the end and the two go to sleep. So Yeon is the first one to wake up and closes the curtain a bit because of the sun. Si Yang wakes up a little bit after and So Yeon asks if it was because of her. He shakes his head and bits her hand. The guest female MC says that it must be because he thinks she’s really pretty, so it’s a way of showing affection. So Yeon interlocks their arms again and they go back to sleep.

 

The preview for next week shows their game of chance trip continuing as they visit the destinations that were suggested. We also see that Si Yang has to call a friend for a sort of speed quiz, the ID on the phone that they show is Jung Jinyoung (of B1A4), the parenthesis next to the name says Perseverance Goo Hae Ra, the abbreviated version, that was what they starred together in. Si Yang also has to verse a staff member in thigh wrestling, needless to say the difficulties will probably continue.
