Guest &gravity.
LiL-Dragon; It's basically like a vector but instead of using color to make the actually person, they just made the person all white. I recommend Photoshop Illustrator CS2 for something like that. I mean you could use PS, but it'll take some time.

Guest psquare6806
How would you get these effects...like under the picture..the swirls? http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/2466/fetishgu0.jpg http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b363/MEL...ics/sungmin.jpg Credits*__JBM* Those are probably filters. Filter > Twirl maybe, or mess around with the different filters. Does anyone know how to make the pix like this? http://img225.imageshack.us/img225/4387/eunhyepq2.jpg Thanks Vector, using the pen tool I guess. ^^;; http://img159.imageshack.us/img159/3603/mlastdanse4xg.gif credits to kpopchild hi i was wondering how you get the name down there like that?? wait do i make since? umm im also not really good at photoshop just started You Design your graphic, if your graphic was 400x100, copy and paste it into a transparent canvas that's bigger, like 450x150. Add your text and go to File > Save for Web and then save it as a GIF or PNG-24. Make sure transparency is checked.

Depends how many colors you have, if it's just a black and white image, you could set the number of colors to 100 or something, but it's a lot of colors, make a new copy of the GIF, and keep the original one. Test out different numbers. (I.e. 240, 230, 220, etc.)
