reporting a disruptive user

hello - i've read the rules and am not sure if i'm able to directly report a user to mods/admins, and if so, how to do that.

a user on the beauty & fashion subforum has (not in the past week or so, but still relatively recently) been posting condescending comments about those who choose to go through with plastic surgery. he is not flat out aggressively rude, but i still find his commentary unnecessary, unwelcome, and disparaging to the recipients of his criticism, who do not need to have their decisions and self-esteem attacked.

can i name him to a mod/admin, or is all i can do flag his posts?
