Since CJH and LMH are close, I'm sure he knows something about MinShin too. ; Remember he keep teasing them during the The heirs commentaries (see below), include KWB and the PD for those people that keep teasing them too. LOL =))

I noticed that part too when Shinhye slightly nudged CJH as if she was afraid that CJH would leak her secret.But actually, there is another part of EP3's commentary that is sooooooo obvious to see how MinShin literally failed in preventing CJH from leaking their secrets, so I decided to make some GIFs for this part instead.
These GIFs are what happened right after Minho finished commenting about the song "Love is..."

According to @Byul2014, she had no idea what MinShin actually said in the GIF on the left, all she could hear is that Minho repeated what his Shinhye had just said. But I could still hear both of them said something that sounds like "the best / 최고의 / choegoui" here, so what MinShin said in the GIF on the left below is just my assumption. 
It's also noteworthy that once Minho was hearing what his Shinhye said in the GIF on the right, he started scratching his eyebrow and according to American psychologists Richard Bandler and John Grinder, who developed "Neurolinguistic Programming" techniques...
"When people start adjusting their glasses on their nose, it sends the signal they like what they are seeing or hearing. And by rearranging the glasses on their nose, it’s a subconscious way of symbolically “re-focusing” their attention to make sure what they see or hear is true…This is known as a positive evaluation gesture, for people who don’t have glasses…scratching or smoothly rubbing their eyebrows is a substitute to reveal the same internal positive attitude."
So we can assume from Minho's scratching his eyebrow here that he really liked what his Shinhye said in the GIF on the right as his Shinhye was trying to protect him too! Aigooooo these two!!! Keke

This is the most suspicious part because these two GIFS below are the parts when their partial voices were censored with beep-beep. All I could hear is that CJH said "Ahhh" which is similar to "Yeah", then beep-beep, then according to @Byul2014 she could hear that CJH said something after beep-beep which sounds like "These two are ganging up on me". So, judging by Minho that was still scratching his eyebrow as he heard CJH said something on the left GIF, I would assume that the missing beep-beep words that got censored would be "husband and wife" because Minho seemed to really liked what he heard from CJH's mouth. While Shinhye, after hearing what CJH said, became so fluttered and so shy that she had to nudge CJH and supposedly said something like "Shut up!" that got censored with beep-beep too. And the rest words on the GIFs that I'm not explaining here are purely what I fantasized. 
But well hey! Judging from giggling Minhot, he seemed to really really like and so happy with what CJH teased him and his Shinhye in these two GIFs, so I'm 300% sure with my delulu instinct that the most important beep-beep words would be "Husband and Wife"!

Baby girl was so shy to film this scene...so I think she made some NG's in this part.
Then Baby boy was very gentleman and careful with her...that he decided not to activate his *eye porn*,so he didn't look at her directly to her eyes. Uri baby boy is so considered ♥♥

It got me thinking, if the guy from Beast (sorry I don't really know their names) has Shinhye's number and contacts her (and she answers quickly), then I'm sure Minho can contact her easily as well.  Hopefully they talk a lot  I mean that guy only worked with her for a song (even though they were probably friend before), but Minho has known her for years -- they did a CF together, a whole drama together, and they love each other -- DUH
