Are you asking on the basis of looks? or personality go into this as well?This is my definition-Manly men = "strong, tough, scruffy buff badboy"Flower boys = "weak and sensitive, fragile, prettyboy"
For looks: I dont really care. As long as you look good and got a good heart. Or just have a good heart.
Manly men now a days dont really know a girl's heart.. just how I feel. So i would pick in between. I prefer a guy who is strong enough to protect me and sensitive enough to handle my sensitivity, like my boyfriend.. lol

I only came across the 'flower boy' term after I got into Kpop dramas shows... so outside the Korean fandom, it doesn't really exist as a type ..if that makes sense (?)
