Fdfd Sadfs, thank you so much for all the links.  I am anxiously waiting for the translations for episode 77 and 78.  I want to find out what's wrong with the concubine's brother.  It looks like it is very serious.

In response to Mingstar's query - the concubine's brother illness is stomach cancer which is  the same one that killed Gu Am Heon's teacher it was also the underlying cause of the twist on the brother's mouth.  Stomach cancer at that time had a very high fatality rate.  Gu Am Heon discovered the illness which was not picked up by head doctor and his rival who wanted Gu Am to keep silent about the whole thing in some way, which is against his & teacher's principles.  Gu Am told the king and concubine about the illness and the length of time it would take to cure.  The king made a statement/saying  - which basically says if he does not follow through with his guarantee he's dead. That's the point where episode 78 is at. The next episode is the result of Gu Am's work.
PS - got all of this from the original drama series which explains why I know it. Wish they had Gu Am son in this series, would make it more interesting.
