AOA’s Seolhyun Reveals She Goes to Extremes to Maintain Her Body

It’s not easy for idols to attain and maintain their slim figures, and AOA’s Seolhyun is well acquainted with the struggle.

During its June 29 broadcast, tvN’s “The List 2015” released a ranking of female stars who are known for their slim bodies.

Seolhyun is ranked in 9th place because of her long legs and soft curves. In a past variety show, she had expressed her difficulties with her intense diet, saying, “I had so much trouble with the diet. I questioned whether or not I should do it. I wasn’t allowed to eat the food I wanted and documented every morsel I ate. I checked my weight every morning and evening.”

According to “The List 2015,” Seolhyun manages her weight by having only one meal a day. For her recent drama, she says, “I didn’t have a lot of food that required chewing. I mostly drank liquids for my diet, like a real vampire.”

She first revealed that she would clash with her sister because she personally liked Son Ho Young back in the day, but her sister preferred Yoon Kye Sang.  This caused Son Ho Young to get super excited and smile with glee... that is until Seolhyun revealed that now she likes Yoon Kye Sang.  Although her older sister no longer feels the same, at least Yoon Kye Sang now has the fan crush of the lovely Seolhyun.  Not to mention his girlfriend is Honey Lee... lucky guy, eh?

Seolhyun also revealed that she saw Danny Ahn five years ago when she was competing in a uniform modeling contest and he was the MC.  She said, "At the time, Danny Ahn was the MC of the uniform modeling contest.  At the time, I received the daesang (biggest award)," then asked if he remembered her.

'Healing Camp' then showed her adorable and beautiful pictures from her days as a uniform model!
