Kang So-ra transformed into a high school student in the new MBC drama "Warm and Cozy".

Kang So-ra takes on the role of Lee Jeong-joo, an administrator in a clothing agency for 5 years. She is a hard worker but just hasn"t had her break yet and becomes tattered.

Pictures of Kang So-ra show her in uniform on an airplane. Her hair is pinned back and looks very young in the uniform. However, her expression is quite serious with her head down and it looks like she"s deep in thought.

Kang So-ra in uniform was filmed on the 7th of April. She discussed her scene with the director in detail before the cameras started rolling and expressed her opinions. She rehearsed like it was the real thing and created a perfect scene without NG.

Kang So-ra had to create a time-slip where she was a high school student at one point and then a grown up Lee Jeong-joo at another. She had to express emotions that had a 10 year gap in the same location but she made it without difficulty.

"Warm and Cozy" is a collaboration between the Hong Sisters (Hong Jeong-eun & Hong Mi-ran) and producer Park Hong-gyoon for the first time in four years since "The Greatest Love". This drama stars Yoo Yeon-seok, Kang So-ra, Lee Seong-jae, Lee Han-wi, Kim Hee-jeong and others.

"Warm and Cozy" is being broadcasted for the first time on the 13th of May.

'Warm and Cozy's first couple photo for Kang So Ra and Yoo Yun Suk + teaser revealed!

Anticipated drama 'Warm and Cozy' has released a teaser and photo to give a sneak peek at what's to come in the drama. On May 1, MBC's 'Warm and Cozy' released the above photo of their main leads Yoo Yun Suk and Kang So Ra holding hands as they overlook a beautiful beach on Jeju Island.

 

The teaser down below is filled with fun, excitement, and high jinks. In comparison, the photo above seems very serene and peaceful. Either way, the drama looks like it'll be a good one.

Kang So Ra plays the 'ant character' who is a hard worker, while Yoo Yun Suk plays a 'grasshopper character', who is immature and full of lies. The two will have a bickering relationship before they fall in love.

The drama 'Warm and Cozy' will air on May 13 at 10pm KST. Check out the fun-filled teaser below!

Kang Sora transforms into a high school student for ‘Agreeably Warm’

The production team for upcoming MBC TV Wed-Thu drama ‘Agreeably Warm,’ has today released new photos of lead actress Kang Sora where she is seen transforming into a high school student.

Kang Sora takes on the role of Lee Jung Joo who has been working at the general affairs department of a clothing company for five years. She will vividly portray a character who has worked hard all her life, despite her humble background. Thanks to her ill-fated life, she eventually develops Hwabyeong.

In the photos, Kang Sora is drawing much interest from viewers, as she is seen wearing a high school student uniform, and was taking the plane alone. Kang Sora’s uniform had a butterfly knot, and showed off her youthful school look with her neat hair fringe, and straight hair. But in other photos, she is either seen lowering her head, or staring blankly, and was also seen thinking hard in another, and left one wondering what led to her being in that situation.

This particular scene was filmed recently, and the day’s filming also involved Kang Sora filming her opening scene as well. Kang Sora constantly engaged in dialogue with the director before filming started, and showed off her impressive acting during rehearsals, and led to to her filming her scenes with no NGs commited.

Meanwhile, it was noted that Kang Sora was able to switch seamlessly from her past and present scenes during the filming. After completing her adult Lee Jung Joo’s plane scene, she immediately transformed into her high school student image. It wasn’t easy to film two scenes in a day which spanned ten years, but Kang Sora was able to pull it off thanks to her sterling acting, and led to much praise from the staff.

‘Agreeably Warm’ will be directed by Park Hong Kyun, and the script will be penned by the famous Hong Sisters’ Hong Mi Ran and Hong Jung Eun. The trio last worked together on ‘The Greatest Love’ four years ago. ‘Agreeably Warm’ will greet viewers on May 13th, following ‘Angry Mom.’
