Okay what you just posted is actually a notice from sidusHQ about opening a Jang Hyuk fan community (I'm guessing it'll be officially managed by Sidus). They are looking for applicants to help manage the community. I'm thinking they are looking for moderators/administrators for the new community. The mods/admins will be in charge of posting up his schedule, fan meetings,etc.

I read that Jang Hyuk's drama Robbers has been push back and won't air till next year. Gosh that sucks that I have to wait till then but I guess that only means they'll be able to edit everything much better.
