Maybe. Hope she will interview him again about this film.  Saw your IG post that the film is really short , only 30 min. Think it is the first of such VR korean films to be released? I hope he can still display his acting prowess, even with the limited movie running time.

Initially it was billed as 50 minutes, not too sure why it has now become 30 minutes. Anyway I see many of the other shows in this category are also quite short, some only 10 minutes.

No it is not the first Korean VR film, just the same director has already filmed some previously, not to mention others we do not know of.

Looks like JH is experimenting! Method Club?! Notice his "things"- yelling and candy in the mouth while being emotional... 😉 According to one of the comments it looks like JH is guest starring in this show. His episode will be shown on 26/8

More information from the website:

KBS 2TV's new entertainment program 'Method Club' (directed by Lee Myung-seop/written by Oh Ji-hye), which advertises itself as a hyper-realistic acting school, is raising expectations for a comic acting show between comedians and serious actors through a bizarre acting class where the pride of acting-savvy comedians and first-time serious actors is on the line.

PD Lee Myung-seop, who is in charge of directing, made a name for himself through big programs such as 'Happy Together 4', 'Hong Kim Dong-jeon', and 'ㅇㅁㄷ Geodi', and is garnering expectations by joining forces with writer Oh Ji-hye, who is recognized for her innate sense of both comedy and storytelling.

Kinda reminds me of him in SNL korea.

I still hoping he will get a drama offer soon..

More about the show on Naver news today.

"As 'Method Club' released a teaser video for its main episode, the guest lineup consisting of actors Lee Moon-sik and Jang Hyuk has been revealed for the first time.

a preview video of the main episode containing the emotional acting of instructors Lee Soo-geun, Lee Soo-ji, and Kwak Beom of 'Method Club' and students Lee Moon-sik and Jang Hyuk was released on the 13th.

In the released video, the strict and serious class atmosphere of 'Method Club' creates tension, while actors Lee Moon-sik and Jang Hyuk appear and capture attention.

Meanwhile, actor Jang Hyuk also visits 'Method Club' as another student. Jang Hyuk is an actor in his 28th year since his debut, who has left behind numerous box office hits across a variety of genres, including historical dramas such as 'Chuno', 'Iris 2', and 'Fated to Love You', as well as action and romantic comedies. In the released trailer, Jang Hyuk catches the eye with his eyes that remind one of Dae-gil from 'Chuno', even as he explodes with anger. Attention is being paid to what kind of acting Jang Hyuk, a veteran actor whom we can 'trust and watch', will learn from instructors Lee Soo-geun, Lee Soo-ji, and Kwak Beom of 'Method Club'. "

Well, he's writing in English, but I think he's still thinking is Korean :) What does "holding of my time" mean?

I guess he meant he learnt the value of being patient through boxing, coz he needed to bide his time and wait to strike at the right time during boxing. He put a clock and hourglass there.

Hmm- an English learning reality show?! :) It's funny how JH is essentially using the variety shows for his needs. Good for him!!

He's so resourceful. This sounds interesting!
