Initially it was billed as 50 minutes, not too sure why it has now become 30 minutes. Anyway I see many of the other shows in this category are also quite short, some only 10 minutes. 
 

No it is not the first Korean VR film, just the same director has already filmed some previously, not to mention others we do not know of.

KBS 2TV's new entertainment program 'Method Club' (directed by Lee Myung-seop/written by Oh Ji-hye), which advertises itself as a hyper-realistic acting school, is raising expectations for a comic acting show between comedians and serious actors through a bizarre acting class where the pride of acting-savvy comedians and first-time serious actors is on the line.

 

PD Lee Myung-seop, who is in charge of directing, made a name for himself through big programs such as 'Happy Together 4', 'Hong Kim Dong-jeon', and 'ㅇㅁㄷ Geodi', and is garnering expectations by joining forces with writer Oh Ji-hye, who is recognized for her innate sense of both comedy and storytelling.

I guess he meant he learnt the value of being patient through boxing, coz he needed to bide his time and wait to strike at the right time during boxing. He put a clock and hourglass there.

Director Chae Soo-eung's 'Apartment: Ripley's World' Officially Invited to Venice Film Festival

[Monday Newspaper = Reporter Chaeyoon Jeong] Production company Aria Studio announced on the 19th that the film 'Apartment: Talented Mr. Ripley's World' was officially invited to the 81st Venice International Film Festival's Immersive Competition section and released an international poster to commemorate the occasion.

The released poster shows the back of a character who goes into the memories of a brain-dead boy who is the sole witness to a murder case that occurred in an apartment in the past.

'Apartment: Ripley's World' is an AI interactive film designed to allow the audience to enter the boy's memories to find the real culprit and choose the truth. The fact that the mysterious person appearing on the poster can be any audience member makes it even more interesting.

'Apartment: Talented Mr. Ripley' is the second invitation to the Venice International Film Festival by director Chae Soo-eung, following his win for Best VR Experience, the top award in the Immersive Competition category, for 'Buddy VR' in 2018. It is also receiving a lot of attention as the only Korean film among the 26 entries in the Immersive Competition category this year.

Meanwhile, the film 'Apartment: Talented Mr. Ripley' will be premiered to audiences around the world at the 81st Venice International Film Festival, which will be held from August 28th.
