Ha Ji Won Departs from the Empress Position, Talks Freely About the Feelings of a Little Woman


Ha Ji Won is as good as one's words. She once promised to fight for an opportunity for fans to have a fanmeet with them when she came to Taiwan in June. After a short four-month period of time, she really came back! For the fanmeet which will be held on October 19, she not only practises hard in dancing, but also practises to sing a Chinese song. When she accepted our interview on October 18, Ha Ji Won who departed from her empress position chatted freely about the feelings of a little woman. She is very cute!

Ha Ji Won expressed that she is of course confident in the dances she learned for acting purposes, but in private, she just simply dance. For the dance performance in this fanmeet, she has seriously prepared for a long time. Whenever she has time during filming breaks, she will practised hard, but she is very nervous and worried that she will forget the dance steps. As she was talking, she mischievously blinked her eyes and stuck her tongue out, and laughingly said, "If I don't dance well, please forgive me!"

Ha Ji Won has debuted for 17 years and successfully broken into Hollywood. She is known as 'Korea's Angelina Jolie' due to her good action skills. There is a lot of danger filming action scenes, injuries will more or less happen in every single project. Basically she always gets injured all over her  body, but she coolly said, "I get injured as I film, so I just treat the injuries as I get injured."

(With this being said, the answer to the previous question seems a little profound.)

She admits that she is not the leader in love relationships, "My friends said that I am personally even more feminine." She also said, "Actually there are many things that I do not know how to do, so I hope that my future boyfriend is someone who knows a lot." So what aspect does she think she is most feminine in? She sweetly smiled and answered, "Other than in dramas, I am personally very feminine in any time."

She debuted when she was a student. Ha Ji Won said that she is well-behaved since young. After she debuted and became an actress when she was in her final year of high school, she lost her freedom. Ha Ji Won arrived in Taiwan yesterday for a fanmeet.


36-year old Ha Ji Won debuted when she was in her final year of high school. She has entered the entertainment industry for nearly 20 years and is capable of playing a wide range of different characters. She has no difficulty playing characters from a high school student to a female warrior, and is one of the very female action actresses in South Korea. WOW the FM looked like a blast. She's really awesome for putting so much effort into the performances. especially the chinese song hahaha. the first line is roughly translated as 'the boy opposite, please look over here.' I find it absolutely adorable she changed the original lyrics (which said the girl opposite since the original singer is a male). shows that she made an effort to understand what she's singing.
Everything she does is so cute ♥ LOL at her super cool way of getting into the shooting position...only to have the arrow barely fly hahaha.
