Ha Ji-Won will be establishing a one-man management company, parting with Wellmade STARM, the management company which she has been in for over 10 years. It was conveyed that Ha Ji-Won will establish a corporate body having her mother as the representative, and start working as a member of the one-man management company.
Ha Ji-Won has been an actor for a long time at Wellmade STARM, but it was said that she decided to establish a one-man management company, ending the contract with her current company. This is a different walk of life from her brother Jeon Tae-Soo. Currently, Jeon Tae-Soo is managed by representative Moon Yong-Seong, who used to be Ha Ji-Won’s manager.

On April 12, a representative announced that actress Ha Ji Won will be setting up her own agency with her mother as the CEO. Ha Ji Won recently left her agency of 10 years “Well Made Star M.” Briefly, there was a possibility of Ha Ji Won joining Sidus HQ, and many other big agencies showed great interest in the actress, but Ha Ji Won finally decided to become independent.

Fans that heard this news commented, “Ha Ji Won probably will have no problem being on her own,” “Ha Ji Won, fighting!”

In other news, the character posters for Ha Ji Won’s upcoming new film “Joseon Trio of Beauties” (or “The Huntresses” or “Action Girls”) were released recently. The movie is to be a fusion, action-comedy movie and stars Ha Ji Won, Kang Ye Won, and Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga In.
