I love the sushi rolls with raw fish, scallops, prawns, etc. Anything raw. I usually go for a Chirashi don, though, to be honest. But in terms of rolls, I tend to order spicy chopped scallop rolls, rainbow rolls, and various kinds of special rolls with raw fish (Blue Ocean Roll, etc.). As for nigri sushi, sake (salmon) and toro (fatty tuna belly) are sooo good. My mouth's watering just from listing them now haha.

I always order the Firecracker at my favorite sushi joint. It's a CA roll with super white tuna and their special sauce lit on fire.

Yeah, that's my favorite part haha.
