OMG you make me want to cry! YES YES YES...

the newer albums lack this (IN MY OPINION) and for me the constant NEED to be different

and innovative took away the personal touch they previously had for their songs.

Ahhhh.....INNOVATIVE.............just the word I was lacking in my post. But yes, this constant need to be different kinda backfired in the end- since all idol-groups have started the same path as well.

(Not that it doesn´t pay off in the end ;T)

About the new pictures............pheeew........I´m really digging this new look of theirs quite a bit. Evereyone looks so clean and simple- mature- and very much remind me of our european style.(and yes, we so do shower!!!) :ph34r:

But what stunns me the most is TOP and his haircut------never new they were so many possibilities with hair that short! I mean, he´s had it this lenght on and off for years- and yet he always manages to find a new angle to comb it, or....well, whatever. Funny.

OMG im so excited ^^ cant wait for this performance. i can totally imagine Daesung and Hyori holding hands and singing to each other, just like how they did with The Blue In You. haha it would be epic of Jaesuk suddenly appeared and made funny faces (like in that episode of FO :blush: )

“My solo album? Hahaha, it’s not a conspiracy with Yang CEO like I said on variety shows.”

Last 2009, Seungri (21, Lee Seung Hyun) came out with solo performances, surprising his fans. Turning into a Seungri that oozed of manliness, he exceeded expectations by having a stage performance that was impressive and talented.

"My solo activities weren’t planned. There was this time I sang "U-Go-Girl" with Lee Hyori nuna at MKMF. Yang CEO saw that and I guess he thought ‘It’ll be okay if I put him up on stage alone."

To promote a solo song which the hyungs haven't even done. Seungri was so excited. He felt like he had the world at his fingertips.

“G-Dragon hyung said to me for the first time, ‘I’m jealous.’ Hahaha, my ego grew large. And I worked really hard to prepare for it. I didn’t want to be left as Big Bang’s ‘cute maknae.’ Really, I practised like crazy.

Taking up exercise, he worked to throw away “young Seungri.” He wanted to show an image that wasn’t “Big Bang’s Maknae” but “manly,” and talent as an artist.

I made my body through a totally sparta-like regimen. For food, I ate mostly Korean food, and I changed the way I spoke, the way I walked, my posture, and the way I looked at people. I wanted to go for a sexy concept. I wanted to have the music video be a little dangerous. Hahaha, Yang CEO also said, “Do it however you want” and gave me freedom to do what I wanted.

Choreographing for his song himself, he was so happy. It felt like a dream, that he could make the perfect performance he’d imagined in his head.

“I was even more happy because the response was good. It doesn’t matter if I just tried and worked hard. It only means something if the public likes it. The hardest thing is when people show disappoitment. It’s hard because you see this, not because it’s hard physically.”

This is where I'm kinda confused...I'm guessing that some things that were said on Strong Heart isn't really that "true" since it was technically only for the show(?) Cuz I remember SR did mentioned it before that it was because YG saw him sang U-GO-GURL, so he decides that SR could do his solo...even before this interview...anyhow...I'm glad he had a chance to shine tooo..>XD

[NEWS] Daesung and Lee Hyori to perform “How Did We Get” for the first time!

Big Bang member, Daesung came out as a supportive force for singer Lee Hyori and her April activities.

On May 7th according to agengy officials MNETMEDIA, Daesung appeared on KBS’s 2TV “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook’ along with Lee Hyori which will be broadcasted on the upcoming 11th of May.

Lee Hyori’s new album “H-Logic” contains a track named “How Did We Get” featuring Daesung. The two will perform this song live together for the first time on the upcoming episode of ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook“.

Daesung who is the member for the cast of Song Jina’s new drama “What’s Up” and has acting practices although they’re not an official activity, still came out to make a special appearance for Lee Hyori on ‘Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook”.
