Unhealthy meal (everything is fried)

And when I was with my gf in America, I only had salt and pepper at my disposal... LOLSo I bought the chicken breasts, fake butter, chives, breads, potatoes, etc... One of the most "ghetto" meals I've ever cooked. (I didn't care about the presentation).What mattered was just the quality and taste. Very cheap, yet still by far healthier than the fried meal above. Asian Slaw with Sesame Peanut Dressing served with chicken karaage which turned out dark as if almost burnt but it's just the dark Karaage powder.  


(Rum-less) Virgin Pina Colada Tres Leches Cake I baked for my friend/co-worker


Soft as cloud Sponge Cake I made using Red Lotus flour with pinches of cream cheese and glazed topping which I bruleed in the oven served with chicken mung bean noodle soup topped with fried garlic, scallions and bean sprouts
