Guest
from CostcoHi. Today I got my Black ink refilled from Coscto, but my printer is still saying that it's low on ink. Is there something I can do that delete this issue? I have a Dell Photo 924. Sorry if this is a repost. Sorry if this is not in the right section, but I think this goes under Troubleshooting & Help, right? Thanks in advance.

froggy604
I notice sometimes when I change the ink for my canon printer. It ask me if I changed the ink yet on the printers LCD, and I click the Yes button and it works.
awdark
Its probably the chip on the ink cartridge giving you the problem. I only skimmed this http://www.inktelligent.com/topic_869.html but it sounds like you can either disable the warning or trick the printer into thinking its a new cartridge.
