if you thinking about a disk with just files in them yes, extra the files and re-burn them into a single disk with enough memory to hold them both

if your thinking 2 disks like a windows vista and a windows xp cd, it is possible to have both cd's on the same cd but only one will autorun

please tell me what kind of files you are planning on burning so i can further iterate
