Guest Ryuushinz
I would say japanese product is more effective. Because it is slightly more expensive than other product due to: -Well known. -Extra chemical ingredient or whatsoever in it. Still, japanese face product are much more worth compare to korean face product eventhough the price is like.. double. LOL. Undeniably, japanese face product works like charm (I use shiseido). Guest bluebreads
@koreankimchiI've heard of Dr. Ci Labo. It's been very popular product since the late 90s I think. The collagen gel is Ci Labo's best selling product and what they're pretty much known for. I haven't used this product myself so I can't attest to its' effectiveness-but gels creams are generally better suited for oily skin. This really old forum discussion has a good review: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=7144 hope this helps! Also for the forum discussion topic itself - I think Japanese skin care is still way better even though Korean skin care has made some great strides in popularity these few past years. Best brands for Japanese Skin care are still the oldies but goodies that some have already mentioned here:Shiseido, SKII, Fancl, Boscia, Hado Labo, Juju Aquamoist, I really like Korean skin care too but I don't think it's particularly effective for anything beyond basic moisturizing- at least for the ones I've tried. I admit I am completely taken by how cute the packaging is for a lot of Korean products. Laneige is pretty and probably on the same par as Clinique. I've tried the multi-cleanser (drying), white renew line (didn't see much difference), sleeping mask (feels nice but doesn't do anything) and the peeling gel (smells great & works like all peeling gels). Also, they've started selling this line at Target in the USA! Skinfood is also really pretty. Most of the products I've tried have been ok. My favorite is probably the Peach Sake Toner...smells fabulous and the bottle is adorable!
Guest meltdown
I feel that japanese facial products are more effective (for me, at least) and more well known. Many korean skin care products I have used didn't work out for me..but then again everybody's skin is different. Guest jolive213
Jarvis Cosmetics & Serum... My favorite... It is first skin care product targeting skin immune system. Healthy skin immune system is the key of healthy skin... So by improving skin immune system, bacteria never returned...
