느끼해 = cheesy

옥대리 = Mr. Ok ( 대리 is a position in a company, so basically they're saying he dresses professionally. and kinda looks old.. lol)

I swear, he was the first one in 2pm to catch my eye. His smile is just so cute and his personality seems really sweet.
