Guest bbly
Hi bbly, sorry to tell you this but overseas scenes are not yet over - since you said that you haven't watched last night's episode yet (EP15) there were still some of them especially Philippines. I find LJJ's acting fine & good not only here in Fugitive but in all of his dramas as well. Yeah, I saw that too (don't be sorry dear) and I hope that was it now and they will just stay in Korea and don't show scenes that were shot a longer time ago. So we are making some kind of summary of 15 ep? You are definitely right about this strange feeling while watching it. Generally I liked it and enjoyed all plain ridiculous scenes (like Nakamura in swimming trunks; Ji Woo posing in women`s dresses; handsome James Bong dancing in suit etc). I felt like watching the first episodes of Runaway. However, if I hadn`t known that that this episode was filmed before most likely I would finished watching the drama. Why? I would think that Ji woo suffers from multiple personality. He acts differently abroad and in Korea It`s like he has multiple mannerisms and attitudes depending where he is. When scriptwriters changed Ji Woo character around 8 ep. we could say that this character transformed, developed because of sudden death of Master Jang, his feeling towards Jini etc. But seeing his actions in the Philippines now we can only say that he has split personality… It`s totally illogical. And I think that the viewers see it also as the ratings were lower. The scriptwriters made a mistake. If they wanted to include in the story scenes filmed in Manila they shouldn`t have made changes in the script and Ji Woo character Let`s keep our fingers crossed that we will know more about Ji Woo`s past! *** Is Rain an A list actor in US? No, he isn`t. Here I agree with willenette and wind80. But which Korean news aren`t exaggerated? Look at the articles about WG and JYJ domination in the US market. Or Ji Hoon`s meoktwi controversy. As Rain once said – reporters in Korea either make you a god or drag your name through the mud. They see the issues only in black and white and go to extremes. And to tell the truth I prefer those articles where Ji Hoon is praised. Not because I believe in what I`m reading. I`m just tired of reading only negative news about Bi. Me too, I enjoy this clown Ji-woo very much but I felt like we were at the beginning of the drama. You are totally right about your observation here and described it perfectly: you would think that Ji-woo multiple personalities! As an audience you just feel weird of not having a constant story-line (and sadly this shows in the ratings too; to be honest, I am glad that they didn't drop even more ). For me the script writers did a mistake too, when changing the script due to the decreasing ratings. Yes, me too I hope that we can learn a bit more about Ji-woo's past soon. I agree with you and all the others: with all due love for Rain, but calling him an A-list actor is more than exaggerated. But as you, I rather read "exaggerated positive" articles about him than "ridiculously negative" articles that we have been having for months now about him. I heard the one where this news originated is a Korean...... This new song from them was 1st heard at the ending of EP15. It's a cool song but I still prefer the "Running and Running" song. This week episodes were an interesting one. I just hope nobody dies in the drama anymore after the policeman especially RAIN……..how cruel will it be if it happens. Those RAIN's captures from last night episode was a hot specimen! .Nose bleeds! I’ve enjoyed his role in this drama. Looking at those photos is more than enough, which I needed something to refresh my eyes while working today. anjjo
18 Nov 2010 - The Fugitive: Plan B - Ep 16 gifs credit: btm-raincloudhk reposted fr.:Rain Germany credit:Phoenix ---------------------------------------- More scenes in Ep. 16 2010-11-19 credit:비해바라기@rain-cloud ----------------------------- Runaway: On the run for four more episodes? November 19, 2010 Looks like Runaway: Plan B is gearing up for a possible extension, upping the episode count from 20, to 24. It’s somewhat surprising that KBS wants to extend, given that the ratings aren’t exactly where they’d like, for such a star-studded cast and big-budget production. But the middling ratings (hovering around 12.2% this week, TNS) aren’t the only factor in greenlighting the extension. For one, the drama has a loyal and vocal fanbase (Rain fans are no joke) and it’s being praised for the overall story and look, described as “fresh.” I don’t think that the look is all that new, but I do enjoy the tone of it, now that we’re actually in the thick of Ji-woo’s emotional journey. (Whereas the first few episodes just focused on the slick, thereby losing a good chunk of the audience, methinks.) Another factor in pushing for the extension is KBS’ next drama on the Wednesday-Thursday slate: Choi Su-jong‘s President, which they understandably don’t want to premiere against Daemul‘s strong first-place showing, with such a similar premise to boot. It seems smart to extend Runaway through to the end of Daemul‘s run, giving President a chance to scoop up Daemul‘s audience. Storywise, I don’t mind the extension because Runaway is finally getting good. It was mildly amusing before, but now that Ji-woo and Jin-yi are working together, the chemistry and goofy antics are adorable (see below). It’s become less run-run-run, and more character-centric, so I’m much more invested in the main storyline, and each episode’s table-turning twist. The production crew and cast are in talks to weigh the decision, and Runaway Episode 17 airs Wednesday, November 24. Via Hankook Ilbo Source:dramabeans ---------------------------------------- [Nov-20-2010] 'The Fugitive Plan B' won't be extended by 4 more. KBS 2TV's mini series 'The Fugitive Plan B' production said, "There is a rumour 'The Fugitive Plan B', that was originally of 20 episodes, will be extended by 4 more, but there is nothing in it. The plan will go ahead as original." By the second half of the drama, 'The Fugitive Plan B' that has been originally of 20 episodes, is highly acclaimed for both its exciting stories and its sensuous image. So, there is a rumor circulating that the drama production may have to rearrange their schedule to make it extended by 4 more, but even if the plan is on the floor, there is little reason to be optimistic even about his flexible schedule because Rain is scheduled to participate in the closing ceremony of the Kaohsiung Asian Games. Rain'll hit the stage alone at the closing ceremony of the Kaohsiung Asian Games to be held in the main stadium of China's Kaohsiung Olympic Sports Center upcoming 27th. Meanwhile, there are only 4 episodes left of the series. Like many of you I have mixed feeling about the possible extension of Runaway. But if it turns to be his last project before his MS … I want to see more of him! Hi Kicia, I'm sure all medias wherever they are in this part of the world exaggerate in their reporting. I heard the one where this news originated is a Korean......
